Best dentist I've been to in a long time. Staff was great, and Dr. Ma was aMAzing! (Sorry couldn't resist.) Needed an urgent dental repair and they got me an appointment the next day and had me fixed up in less than an hour! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing visit to the dentist! From the time I called to book an appt until the time I left I felt completely taken care of. Amelia greeted me with a smile and a genuine concern for my comfort. I was immediately taken back by Wendy for my appointment at my scheduled time where she completed my x-rays before Dr. Lisa come in to introduce herself, make me feel welcomed and perform the exam. Everyone was absolutely professional and my teeth feel so clean. Wendy was so gentle and thorough and this office thinks of everything! In all my dental visits over the years no office has ever offered sunglasses to wear during my cleaning to keep the bright overhead lights out of my eyes! So glad I found this office!! They think of everything...bottled water, chapstick...the works!!

I highly recommend Waterlake Family Dentistry. I've always had major anxiety about going to the dentist from prior experiences, but a friend recommended them to me and I'm thankful I made an appointment. Every person there is so friendly, welcoming and reassuring. They make sure you understand exactly what is happening and are comfortable throughout the whole process. This is the first time in my adult life that I don't stress about visiting the dentist. They are the best!

I can't say enough about how GREAT they are . Amelia is THE BEST! She made me feel welcome and was so efficient. The receptionist is so important to me and she is KIND AND AMAZING. I also loved Landy, DeDee and Wendy. And Dr. Lisa Ma.... SO GREAT. She is personable and professional. If you need a new dentist and yours is just average. YOU SHOULD GO HERE!

I have sat in the dentist chair a lot throughout my life. I’ve went to the same dentist my entire life until I moved to Lakeland. My first pick at a new dentist was Dr Ma and I do not regret my choice! Everyone on the staff is so kind and seem to actually care to make relationships with patients. Lol my favorite part is Dr Ma participating in small football talk! Even if she is a Dolphins fan (GO BILLS), she is kind, courteous and a complete professional! I do not regret my decision to have Waterlake as my dentist. I am even going to have my family switch to her! Highly recommend!

This is probably the best dental experience I've ever had!! Dr. Ma is incredible. She was so friendly and explained everything to me. From the very first call, Hannah was absolutely great. Very personable and answered every question I had. My dental hygienist, Tammy, was amazing!!! She was so warm, non-judgmental & you can tell she genuinely cares. I loved the transparency with the pricing. They made recommendations but they weren't pushy. Highly recommend!
