I would never recommend this pharmacy. They messed up on a critical prescription for me (3 times in a week). It delayed my delivery by a week and a half. They didn’t care. Wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. Wouldn’t give me an email or contact to escalate concerns too. Would not even give me the option to pay for expedited shipping (after they misplaced my order and lost my account notes 3 times in a week). 6 business day estimated delivery time after they finally placed the order. Would not cancel my order so that I could pick it up at a local pharmacy (and didn’t tell me on the first 3 calls that could even be an option). People’s lives are in their hands and there is zero compassion or accountability for mistakes, much less resolution.

Great small pharmacy in the big city. I’ve been coming here for years and am never disappointed. Great customer service and you don’t feel like just another number like at some of the other big box chains. Steve is my favorite pharmacist!

I heard they recently had a change in staff, and I thought I'd give this place a try. I wasn't disappointed. They treat you like you're family and provide excellent service! Dr. Nguyen was very patient with me even though I had many questions. She provided great answers and made me feel encouraged to talk about anything I wasn't sure about. There's also a pharmacy right next to the clinic, which is extremely convenient. Definitely recommend going here!

Wow! This clinic has it all. Great new doctor and staff. Dr. Nguyen is a kind and down to earth practitioner. As the previous review stated, she is very thorough and takes her time to attend to your needs. The pharmacist next door is very passionate and caring. She is a certified Diabetic Educator. I can't think of anything that this clinic and pharmacy doesn't have: great service, great staff, great and comfortable environment. I'm so impressed. In addition, the pharmacy has exceptional customer service. I've been to other clinics and there's not a clinic in Houston that provides this combination of benefits. Overall, a great experience......

I needed to see a doctor for some routine checkup's and they lady that picked up the phone was really nice and helped me get a day and time that was convenient for me. At my appointment I was greeted with a big smile and didn't have to wait long which sadly is usually expected now at most clinics. I saw Dr. Nguyen and she took her time to listen and talk to me, did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely be coming here again in the future and already recommended my family members. Its also really convenient that there is a pharmacy next door if you need to get any prescriptions filled.

My experience was amazing. When I first walked in, this clinic was a CLEANEST place I have been visited. Doctor Nguyen made me feel comfortable like I was talking to a friend. There was no rush and no questions were left unanswered. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable. They went beyond their duties to provide me the best services. I highly recommend this location!!!
