I first went there due to ease of location and acceptance of my insurance. Elena at the front desk was wonderful in helping me get an appointment in a timely fashion, working with me on insurance, sending the proper forms so I didn't need to deal with them at the office.
I hadn't been to a different dentist in the past 25 years, but now I was retired, and had insurance, and the dentist I used decided to not accept any insurance. Needless to say I was very anxious but knew I needed dental care. When I got there, I met Jesse, who turned out to be a lovely young knowledgeable, personable, dental hygienist x-ray technician, who did the panoramas and individual x-rays, also she did the UV cancer screening which I'd never had done, she also created a 3D image of my teeth, and finally, explained everything in detail and put me completely at ease. I'd never seen anyone who wore all of those hats, and wore them so well. I then met the Dentist, and we planned treatment, for a timely point in the future, with insurance explained as well. She also was very communicative and personable.
Needless to say, when I left, my anxiety was allayed. I was glad to fill out the survey which normally I hate getting.
Thanks Jesse and Elena, looking forward to my ongoing treatment.

They have the latest equipment and technology to provide the best and latest in dental care. The staff from the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor are all professional and friendly. They check with you if you have any questions or concerns do they can take care of your needs.

I had a wonderful experience at University dental. Rosa The hygienist was very friendly and professional. Then I saw the dentist and we , talked about our plan of care and put the final filling in my root canal.

Managed to get me in quickly after breaking a tooth. Turned out I need crowns on at least 2 upper teeth and 1 lower. Also able to begin the process of the crown replacement of the 2 uppers on the same day of my initial visit. Very nice staff and efficient as well. Plan to make this my new dentist.

Mail flyer misleading. Phone number on flyer went to call center who gave inaccurate information. Flyer price a way to get you in the door. Add-ons were implied at first contact with technician. X-Rays were very thorough, however left a sore in mouth. Dentist introduction was very brief and sat behind me during most of consult. Seemed very knowledgeable, however I had to ask for explanation of work needed. The treatment care plan timeline was not the same as dentist had indicated. Quote for a portion of work needed was left off time line. Practice appeared to be state of art facility. However lots of red flags made me question this practice.

Wow.. This is the word that sums up this new Dentist office and staff I found. My crown fell out of my front tooth, which, as you can imagine is very, very, much a dental emergency. The dentist got me in the very next day without even being sure if my insurance was going go to cover it due to my insurance portal being down, yet they saw me, got my temp in, and my new crown will be in shortly. I don’t know what I would have done without them. I highly recommend University Parkway Dental and their staff. I will definitely be going here from now on.
