I just left the health center and had an excellent experience. Dr. Min was very professional and attentive to my needs, making me feel heard and cared for. The front staff were all pleasant and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The lab technician who drew my blood was personable, friendly, and very professional, ensuring the process was smooth and painless. I was called in for my appointment after only a 2-minute wait, which was a pleasant surprise given some of the poor reviews I had read online. I'm glad I gave this clinic a chance—I have found my new primary care doctor. Highly recommend this clinic!

This is the worst place for healthcare. The optometry department are plain lazy people. I went in a month ago for vision check and contacts. The doctor said it should be 2 weeks for contact to come in...its been 1 month. I went in the office to check and the front desk basically ignor you and said it would take over a month for contacts to be ordered. Waste of time ... and she would even take my name to check. The whole place is basically refer patients to some other place ..which take over two month. Medical and dental is a waste of time if you need things done.

I had a wonderful experience today with Dr Gonzalez Optometrist. I took my almost 4 year old daughter to get an eye exam. Dr Gonzalez made my daughter feel comfortable and everything went smoothly. The three ladies working there were also very lovely.

Calling to make an appointment is absolutely horrible. There’s no reason I should be on hold for over an hour just to schedule an appointment with my doctor. Then one of the workers finally picks up, they sound annoyed to speak to you. UHC is doing an awful job with their service. Even when I make an appointment I’ll wait in the room for an hour while I can hear the doctor outside gossiping and laughing with the other workers. I will be making a report about this but I want to warn other people to find any other doctor because you won’t receive proper treatment here.

Don’t waste your time here, I was deeply appalled by the “service” they provided me and my partner on our visit today. Got a call on the other day my partners crown was ready and when he asked to make an appointment they said no need just walk-in and we can get it done, So we came in today and told the receptionist the situation but they still seemed confused on why we were there. Waited over one hour and in that time of waiting we watched the receptionists and a doctor gossiping and “hanging out”. The phone rang and the receptionist asked the caller to hold and put the phone down so she could keep talking for like 5 minutes before picking the phone up again and taking the call I was in disbelief. When we finally got called back the dental assistant asked why we were here, she sounded confused as well considering we didn’t have an appointment. She ended up telling us the doctor wasn’t even in office today to do the crown which was very frustrating because they didn’t even do the temporary crown right in the first place, it was cracked in half before my partner left the dentist the first time. This ended up causing him all sorts of discomfort and pain in general. We wasted a lot of time here today due to offices poor scheduling and staffing and I am hoping to be able to talk to a director because this is unacceptable as a health care provider.

I went twice to this Urgent Care. The first NP hardly looked at me and said I had a viral infection. The second one was very nice but was hesitant to give me prednisone. I finally got a diagnosis of left lower lobe pneumonia. I have been having fevers from the beginning and feeling very weak. Please be more thorough. I know you work hard but I have really been suffering.
