My experience went started well but didn’t really meet the standards. I was seen quickly.

The doctor was knowledgeable but coughing the entire appointment with no sanitation in sight. Definitely could have worn a mask or simply washed his hands during the cold and flu season. The cleanliness wasn’t taken into account.

I specifically came for a glasses exam as indicated via the form that I filled out. I was asked again if I was interested in wearing contacts in which I replied that I already am being seen via americas best. Then I get the bill and I was still charged for both glasses and contacts. Although I came for glasses only. Double the price, I will not recommending this place to anyone. I won’t be back to do business with this family owned company

Exam very thorough, but hard sell for glasses on the way out when I only needed stronger readers. Very persistent sell. Would not even let me pay copay before exam - apparently because they were planning on having me spend much more for something I did not need.

Customer service was very strange and they have very inexperienced front desk staff. Made me feel uncomfortable listening to them talk about non work related things while I sat in the lobby. Nobody introduced themselves by name and I was not warmly greeted. This is basic customer service 101. I asked to used the restroom and they said no public bathroom but I was a patient and not just a random person walking in the door. I walked out and told them I’ll just leave a bad review and they said “ok”

I felt that my exam by Dr. Ginman was very thorough. He was patient and took time to determine exactly what prescription I needed. Fitting of glasses was also competently done.

The doctor was so wonderful and he really listened when I explained what I have been experiencing, and he explained my behind the eye pictures to me. Great staff. I highly recommend this place.

The optometrist was excellent. Our eye exams were very thorough and we were well informed of all of our options for glasses.
