Appointment was at 11AM. They asked me to arrive 30 minutes early at 10:30 AM which I did and now they've informed me that it will be 1:00pm before I even see the doctor. They placed me back in the waiting room. Please have your staff learn to schedule your patients accordingly and not overbook or double book.

When I asked the estimated wait time, I was told "she's busy!" I can clearly see that because you've scheduled 5-6 different patients for the same appointment time and only have one provider working.

Seems like are double and even triple booking for monetary reasons.

I could have scheduled a later appointment and gone to work, now I have to work out extra time off with my job. This is my first time here and I will be changing my PCP after this appointment. I will not be returning. Exam rooms could be cleaner as well.

I did not have appointment however I walked in as I needed a letter for me job which needed my doctor to write. The staff was incredibly nice and they fit me in and did not even wait terribly long. Very much appreciated them working with me.

Appointment was at 3:30 and didn’t get called until 4:45. turns out they called out my name and let another women go in using my name. and not one staff realized until she left. so unprofessional, unorganized and extremely hectic. do not recommend, if i could give it 0 stars i would.

I can honestly say the receptionist is disgusting with the worst customer service.....I've had appointments yesterday and today! Mind you I've waited a whole hour after my appointment time yesterday to be seen(had my 5yr old child with me and was late taking her to the sitter also LATE to WORK)!!!!!Got there today a little late for a very important appointment for my child and she had the audacity to give my appointment away!?I literally hate that office just because of the women at the window! Promise you if your black go else where!!!

This place is ridiculous. Appt at 320 arrive at 305 like I am supposed to. It is 435pm
And still no doc . Why schedule an appt if we will have to wait so long. This is terrible. Our healthcare system is being overrun with illegals who are seen first and we Americans are pushed to the back burner.

I love this location. The staff are all amazing and will go above and beyond. The provider Melissa Jusino is amazing and great bed side manner.

If I could give this no stars I would. First off it takes anywhere from 3 weeks to a month to get an appointment here. And when I finally got the appointment they waited till 5 o'clock the day before to tell me that I needed to change my provider to be seen. Knowing that my appointment was at 8 in the morning. You know damn well office's close at 5. So I had to rush to change that before the insurance closed and I couldn't have my appointment. Got that done. Come my appointment they pulled me back right away. Good. So I thought, my appointment was at 8 and I am STILL SITTING HERE WAITING TO BE SEEN . IT IS NOW 9:15! I am extremely unhappy with this service. I love my dr. But I will not be coming back here.

I've gone to True Health many times in the past and some days were fine but the four times I been turned away because 1) doctor is unavailable, 2) they don't accept walk-ins anymore, 3) they send me off to another true health clinic, 4) they call me on the same day I am scheduled that it's been cancelled due to a doctor emergency, 5) they schedule me a month ahead but I am really in need of medical attention. I am so disappointment in their incompetency of health care. It has wasted my time, my gas which I travel over 80 miles and I take my days off from work just to get the treatment I need. I am giving them one last chance to help get the treatment I need otherwise I will raise holy hell with True Health. Oh don't forget to wear your mask!!! I already been vaccinated, so don't worry I'll wear it anyway because I have nothing nice to say.
