I used to be a very regular customer, 2x a week with my .22 and my .45. They all knew me, it was nice. One day, late in weekday, while it was just me shooting, three guys came in and started yelling and shooting in all directions. The first guy, right after putting a clip into his target, starts cross shooting... the walls, the metal hangers with no targets on them, and then even my target while I was still shooting. I yelled and his two buddies just gave me the stink eye. I immediately got out of there and told the range master. A guy who knew me by name. A regular. What did he do? Nothing. Didnt stop the guys, didn't take their names, didnt even warn them. Nothing. I even showed him my target had 9mm holes even tho I only had a .22 and a .45. Those guys were for sure drunk or on drugs and they weren't even given a warning.

I can't stress this enough: if you go here, you are not safe.

Most times I’ve been here some of the staff have a bad attitude or act like they don’t want to be there. I took mother 65 year old mother to this range for her first time and when we got into the range we wanted clarification on how the pricing works the blonde guy with helped us out initially and the guy with the brown orange beard and glasses shouted across the store no we don’t. She is not used to having headphones on and did not hear him. We wanted to ask one more time just to be sure on our way out and he told her quote “These are prices for the range as I’ve told you before,” with a snarky look like we should’ve just known by now and we should stop asking. All we were asking is if they charge per person or a flat rate. Is this how you treat someone who wants to be a recurring customer? I guess I’ll have to take her to other ranges. I actually go to this often and that bearded guy always interrupts me and is short with me. To put in nicely I only come here cause it’s close and definitely not their customer service.

This is the type of range you want to avoid. All the reviews talking about rude staff are correct. The employees have this weird ego and an attitude like their customers are stupid and beneath them. Even in their replies to negative google reviews you can see this weird condescending attitude they have.

I went here a few years ago and had the same negative experience but I was convinced to try again. Nothing has changed. It's crazy they are still in business, this is not a 2A friendly range. They gouge you with insane ammo and firearm prices. Truly a disgrace they run their business this way when the state of California is fighting for its constitutional rights. All they are going to do is turn off potential gun owners. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Go anywhere but this place. Go to Angeles Shooting Range or Oak Tree, very friendly and helpful there. If you must be indoors, try Smokin Barrel in Simi. And go to Turner's down the street or literally any other gun store for ammo/guns.

Convenient location in the valley. I've always been able to get an empty lane. Ammo prices are high compared to Gun shops, so if you shoot often, buy someplace else in bulk.

It’s Father’s Day weekend and I decided to take my husband to the gun range with my stepson. We were the only black family there. It was a terrible experience. We were racially profiled. No one wanted to help us. I even got a cut on my thumb, and when I asked for a Band-Aid, they acted like they didn't want to give me one. We did not get to finish using our bullets. I tried to use my Apple Pay, and it did not work. Luckily, my husband has cash. All in all, this was a complete disaster.

Horrible prices and notoriously annoying staff. Most people here in the valley that know whats up have said the same thing to me; the staff here is full of smug dorks that all think theyre comedians. There arent many options in the 818 so if you do come here BUY AMMO ELSEWHERE. The prices here are at an insane markup. Its crazy to think that inexperienced shooters that want to come give the sport a try are getting scammed into paying 50+$ for 50 rounds of 9mm that you can get a turners for 17$.

Went there for the first time today, there was 2 younger guys working and they were pretty laid back, they Inspected my ammo which was fiocchi range fmj said I was good to go, gave them my id I filled out a card with name and address, they told me my lane and that was it super quick and easy, I seen a lot of bad reviews but my experience was good and I will be going back for sure.

Range is in decemt shape and the employees were very nice. Ammo is a bit on the pricey side.
