I visited today The London Clinic/Blood Centre for a blood sample required for my nursing job, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, primarily due to the service provided by the receptionist, Simona.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I was aware that the invoice should be sent to my agency, not processed as a self-funding service. However, despite this knowledge, I ended up paying £326 for what can only be described as a super rude service.

The phlebotomist mentioned there should have been a discount, but Simona seemed completely uninformed and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration. I didn’t receive a simple greeting, and her demeanor was off-putting, making an already stressful situation worse.

For the price I paid, I expected a far more welcoming and professional environment. This experience has left me feeling unsatisfied and disheartened. I hope management addresses this issue, as no one should have to endure such a negative experience, especially in a healthcare setting.

I visited on 6th August 2003 Mr Edgar for a second operation after being operated in Cyprus and he proved to be a very good humanitarian Doctor. He advised me not to take a risk to go through a second operation because there was a scar on the LH leg nerve caused on the previous operation, thus he was so kind to arrange a meeting with another doctor traumatologist too help me.

Had my first consultation on 7 Feb 2024. The gynecologist was very knowledgeable and was very informative. However, the administration side is lacking and has been frustrating. It has been over a month and I have not yet received my report to provide to my GP which I need for a prescription recommended by the gynecologist.

I chased for my report a week later on 15 Feb, to which the PA replied the gynecologist was on leave but she would be back the following week and that the PA would accelerate my request for the report. A week later and nothing, so I chased again on 22 Feb. The PA replied the next day and said she would accelerate and send through as soon as possible. Another week on and nothing. So I chased again on 1 Mar. Again, I was told by the PA that she would accelerate my request and send my report as soon as possible. Another week on and still nothing. So I called up yesterday 8 March and was told that the PA would look into it herself and call me by the end of the day to give me an update and if the report was ready, she would send it over. Surprise surprise, no phone call and no report.

I assumed the report would be no longer than a paragraph, but not sure why it is taking this longer. Maybe she is writing a book- who knows. I am out of pocket £250, with no report a month later. I will DEFINITELY not be returning to this clinic and instead have asked for an NHS referral (even though I have been told there is a big waiting list). I envisage I will get my NHS referral before I see this report.

I had a consultation with doctor Manesh and everything was fine. The problems started when I had to book the procedure, I left the clinic with his secretary Hannah Williams reassuring me she will organise everything for me as I was going the day after on holiday. Once I came back from my leave, I tried to call her, l left several voice mails, I emailed her a few times times but she neve came back to me. After one week of no response I actually went physically to the clinic, she was on the phone with a friend chatting. Once done I introduced myself (she did not remember me) and asked about my colonoscopy, she obviously has not done anything about it. I stayed there until I received her email requesting my procedure. I have now done my procedure and she is supposed to arrange a follow up appointment. it is more than one week I am waiting for a reply. I am now forced to go somewhere else due to her unprofessionalism and lack of competence.

Really helpful, good experience. Lots of tests, all came back with results, amazed that the nurses and admin staff often recognised me from one appointment to the next which made me feel really cared for, when I needed attention post surgery, I was fitted in immediately,
I am sorry that there have been a few negative reviews recently, my experience was first class and I am very grateful, many thanks.

My wife booked an appointment with an administrative staff to see an ophthalmologist. The staff booked her for an appointment on a Saturday. When she arrived, they said “you’re booked with a pediatrician”. They then informed her the ophthalmology clinic is closed on Saturdays. They better not charge for an appointment they made in error. They also recommended my wife to go to an NHS. Are you joking me? We don’t even have the time to go as we are getting ready to go on holiday. What kind of hospital makes this big of an error? We already waited a week to get her to see a doctor and now we have to wait even longer to try to get another appointment.

Consulted in neurology department here. Initial check up and tests were performed very good. Problem began at follow up appointment. They hadn't informed the doctor about my appointment so I had to wait extra time and then the doctor had no access to any of my reports. So, the session was not useful. I haven't received my reports even now after 15 days whereas I was supposed to receive them in 2 days. Large payment amount is deducted and I have no clue how to treat my condition.

Feb 2021. My partner had an appointment with Mr Cobiella. My partner arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, filled out the paperwork given to him by a clinic administrator. After 45 minutes waiting Mr Cobiella still hadn't shown up and my partner was shown out. Apparently the administration at this clinic had failed to update Mr Cobiella's diary! We later found out Mr Cobiella doesn't taken on carpel tunnel syndrome patients!! The Administration at this clinic is very poorly organised!
