The negative reviews are surprising considering I've always had a good experience everytime I shop here. Employees are always helpful and I've become somewhat of a regular for the few I items I purchase every so often.

I was a customer for a long time went into the Bellevue store yesterday to purchase a long time used product and the owner unbeknownst to me price gouged me by by charging me with a higher price then was listed on the shelf. I didn’t realize she did this until I got home and looked at the receipt. Needless to say she has lost this loyal customer and a warning for all of you customers check what she is charging you before you pay. I totally agree with other comments on how rude the owner is and thinks her outrageous prices are fine.

I want to confirm the reports about the owner Debra, just had a bad experience with her. Sad, cause I desire to see this business do well which I believe it can if she humbles herself to the community or if she steps down from her position and leaves the company.

Debra and staff are very knowledgeable and always there to help. I appreciate that I can shop there without being harassed about medically not being able to wear a mask. They welcome anyone, they do not judge, there was a customer in with a mask while I was there and she received the same great service. You fear COVID wear a mask. Your mask protects you. Doesn’t matter if others aren’t wearing them do what’s best for you. Thank you Terry and Debra for your wealth of knowledge and years of education and sharing it with the community.

I just had my second, and last, bad experience with Debra, the owner of Terry Naturally. I will never set foot in that store again. She is rude rude rude. My first experience with her was so awful that it took me years to go back, and when I did, she was even worse. She's told me I'd have a better shopping experience without my children and she's yelled at me in front of other customers. I can't say that being attacked while trying to shop for whole, natural foods for my family is on my to-do list to I'll stick with at B Alive and Bay Natural Foods, where I've always been treated VERY well!

Great store and products. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever we have been there. I have tried similar products from other companies, but go back to the Terry Naturally brand for their effectiveness.

For the people that complain about masks, you should pay more attention to the science. You will find out they are not as effective that everyone thinks they are, and also pose a heath risk for those that don't wear them properly or clean them as recommended. Wear the mask if you want, it is your CHOICE.

By the way, while you are in the store, check out the natural immune defense products. You probably won't get sick if you take care of yourself.

I had to write this review because of all the negative ones on masks. Sorry that you people run around with fear of this virus, but I don't know anyone personally who has died from it. I had it myself and recovered just fine. Being a health food store, maybe she knows something you don't. They have my business and I have been a customer for a few years now and believe they do have very good knowledge of their products. Maybe you people should learn to converse with the staff there because, I've always found them to be polite. People do have bad days occaissonally.
