I have had 2 good experiences with Dr. Hamzat. He explains everything nicely, answers all of my questions and makes sure I understand.
I had 1 experience with a female doctor (don’t know her name) who seemed to only be interested in doing the minimum required and was less nice.

Went to clinic after one week of running fever ,wheezing and sinus infection. They are all very slow the doctor has zero bedside manner and communication is limited , will not go back it was awful

This clinic is amazing. I brought my mom in (Jan 16/24) the early morning because her nose was bleeding and wouldn’t stop. The ladies on duty took her right away, the were very kind to my mom. While we waited for the doctor every time they walked by the room, they asked how she was doing. She was very scared and all of you put her at ease. Thank you so very much for your help and kindness, it was appreciated

Arrived right in the morning, third patient there. Was seen quite quickly but needed to get an x-ray next door (also very quick and efficient).

I was told to inform the receptionist nurse once I was done my x-ray which I promptly did. She told me to take a seat but then I waited another hour as 6-7 more patients went ahead to see the doctor. After the hour, another nurse called to see if I came back after the x-ray. I told her that I was in the waiting room the whole time and I pointed to the nurse that I informed upon my return. This is the only reason for 3 stars. The lackadaisical and careless nurse cost me an extra hour of waiting. She seemed unaware of what her duties were. Lack of communication or organization by this one nurse.

Doctor was great. The other nurses were great.

The clinic was clean, attractive and welcoming. The desk staff and nurses were very friendly and professional. Also the pharmacy had friendly staff and nice selections. My only complaint was the doctor who saw me, Dr. Hamzat. His bedside manner could be improved, he made me feel ashamed for having shingles. Other than that experience, I would highly recommend this clinic. The wait time wasn't bad either.

I went here for antibiotics because my dentist didn’t do my root canal correctly and infected my face. My last script of antibiotics ran out, and I was still having slight pain and could taste the drainage of the infection. The receptionist and staff were very nice, however, when the doctor entered the room, he was rude, cold, and didn’t pay attention to anything the nurse reported to him. He just kept repeating “you need to go to the dentist”. I actually did see a dentist 3 times, and thats the sole reason my face is infected in the first place. I couldn’t go to the dentist at this moment because they’re closed and wouldn’t answer their emergency line. He didn’t care to hear any of that. He just acted like I was a nuisance and didn’t want to help me. Hopefully I’ll never have to go back there, as I only went there because my usual clinic was closed early. But what a power-tripping and non-caring person that doctor is. There’s simply no need to be rude to and annoyed at people that are seeking medical care. Also, there are several signs saying they won’t tolerate verbal abuse/mistreatment from patients, yet the doctor’s attitude and rudeness was mistreatment in itself.

Pretty decent (today). The nurse, Charlene was great. Super friendly caring, knowledgeable and just over all awesome. She made me feel safe and secure about everything I'm dealing with at the moment. As for the Doctor, Rebecca Draisey, she CAN be nice (which she was today) but yesterday, not so much. She may have been having a bad day. Reception was alright. I got in within 2 or 3 minutes today and yesterday was 15 minutes. Not too bad. I would recommend trying out this clinc if you need a quick visit.

This walk-in clinic referred me to a specialist based on the symptoms I had.It turned out that it very well saved my life.I am extremely grateful that I toke their recommendation.I didn’t have to wait to long to see a doctor.This plaza offers many health services.
