Estoy muy contenta con sage dental, es la segunda vez que voy me acabo de hacer una limpieza profunda Yuneisy la higienista fue muy buena haciendo su trabajo quedé encantada ☺️ en fin el servicio al cliente es muy bueno todas las chicas muy amables y atentas los súper recomiendo

It took me about 4 hours for my appointment just to get x-rays and tell me that everything they had to do would cost 9,000 and that my portion would be 3,000. I just wanted a cleaning and to fix my cavities. The entire staff was excellent, except the people in charge of finances. They don't explain well. They say one price then another. They say they will make you a payment plan of $90 a month but then when I went to my second appointment they told me I had to pay $800 one time to continue with the work plan. There were so many other things that I won't waste my time writing.

Terrible customer service, I waited one hour after my appointment to be called my x-ray started and stop for half an hour waiting for a room then waited for hygienist for another of an hour. My total visit took three hours. I have never experienced such disrespect for customer.

Even tho I had to wait for my first appt, it was well worth it!
(Good, kind, n caring people!)
I am so impressed with the Dr., AND the staff there.
They truly treat you like "you matter!"
I have never gone to a dentist b4 that wasn't concerned about how quickly they could get you IN AND OUT! No rushing there tho.
They give you whatever time you need, to explain your situation!

I had a really good experience at the new Sage Dental in Poinciana. It is five minutes from my house. But what made me a fan is how easy it was to get scheduled and do my paperwork online. The staff are all very friendly, my costs were clearly itemized for my review and approval, and I even had an opportunity to get my deep cleaning done on the same day as my exam.

This office is new. The dentist is pleasant. The hygienist is gentle and pleasant. Front Staff and office manager needs to be more professional. They had to adjust my payment several times before arriving at the correct amount. Not sure if they are using the right codes for insurance purposes.
Compared to other dental experiences I would give them a 3 .

This place is ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment for my son last Friday at 8am. Upon arrival at the office I was informed that for pediatric appointments they can only take them at 11am or 3pm. I rescheduled for this coming Wednesday, only to be informed the day before my appointment that they don’t have a pediatric dentist. If that was the case, why would the receptionist schedule my appointment
