The office and staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. They checked me in and got me set up quickly in a room. The doctor was friendly and direct in educating me on the issues I was there for. She was also great about answering my questions. She did a procedure in office the first visit to rule out a medical issue which I was very grateful for. Not only did it save me time in a diagnosis and treatment plan, but also saved me money. They did not try to set up a second appointment to do the quick in office procedure which saved me a second office visit fee.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Burke. I got there around 1:20 for my 1:45 appointment time, and I was walking out before my scheduled appointment time. The ladies that run that office are efficient! Tonsil issues as an adult is difficult enough but Dr. Burke put me at ease. She is very knowledgeable, did a thorough exam, and answered my questions in depth.

Very good service, she was very good. after a long time with problems in my nose, she did find the issue and prescribed a medication that resolved my problem straight away. I came to her because another friend told me she was really good and that turned to be true. She was also very polite and listened to me very closely to understand my problem. Excellent professional. Thanks.

Will not be returning as a patient EVER to see Rosalia Burke. My terrified four year old had a post op for nose fracture reduction would cry when she her bring in nose spray. Burke walked out of the room every time she would cry instead of helping to calm and reassure that she’s not going to hurt her. 2:45pm appointment that didn’t end until 4 pm because of her walking out and tending to other patients and her being so rude and cold. She has the worst bed side manner when it comes to children and the worst annoyed attitude. Do better or retire! Not to mention front desk lost paperwork that they previously made me leave work for to fill out. Completely over it!
