Don’t waste your time. I have been waiting for test results to get a prescription filled for 2 days. No one answers the phone or contacts you back. Waste of copay and time. 2 days behind getting antibiotics to get better.

My 1 star is not at all for the admin / patient care techs, they were amazing and doing the best they could!! My poor rating is for the “new management”. I’ve lived in the area for years and this urgent care was always the best! In and out fast and convenient hours, nowadays RUN! I showed up the evening before and was told “provider had to leave early” I worked in a private practice, I get it, left and came back next morning at 8am, told AGAIN “sorry provider is running late and we’re not sure when they’ll get here” ?
This place is essentially functioning as a testing site, and I feel terrible for the team here. I see the owners replies to other negative reviews and citing “covid shortages”. You are a healthcare company….cmon now, plan better.
If I hadn’t already paid my copay ahead of time (big mistake) I would have walked out and tried my hand elsewhere.
Bottom line- just drive out of your way to another urgent care because this AIN’T IT

I really didn’t want to come here after my last experience, but the location is very convenient and I needed to be seen quickly. And I’m so glad I did. The front desk was friendly, the process was quick and seamless, and the doctor seemed to care, listened to me, and prescribed medication that had me immediately feeling better. So glad they switched management! I noticed a major improvement.

Terrible weight times. I went there with respiratory issues. I was waiting for over three hours. When I asked for an update regarding time, they said it could be another hour maybe more. Apparently they do primary care visits at this urgent care site as well. Those primary care appointments can take a very long time. This is the second time I have waited over three hours. Both times I have left because I couldn’t wait anymore.

I’ve always had a good experience here and I’ve been here a lot. I’ve seen a variety of nurses, providers, and staff. While there may have been some staff I’ve preferred over others, I’ve always left with a diagnosis or resolution and have felt heard and cared for. Sometimes, they are under-staffed, so you have to be patient. This location is also very convenient.

I came in for a tooth ache and was prescribed 20mg for a steroid called prednisone. As someone with allergies I have never been given steroids for a damn tooth ache And mind you they were prescribed as needed and not tapered. It can really make you sick or it isn’t. I was positive it was a cavity and didn’t understand why she didn’t prescribe antibiotics. She didn’t see signs of infection… all cavities aren’t visible … but the pain is real. This is how you know there is infection. I spent another day in horrible pain and couldn’t work. I went to Aspen dental the next day. They were amazing and gave me the antibiotics I needed to settle the pain until I could see my dentist. I paid $140 here for a visit that was not at all helpful. I honestly want my money back. They obviously have no clue what they are doing. And their choice could have really messed me up.

This place is not run well. I went in for covid and was told to go home and rest. Not the best for a senior over 65. I called back the next am asking for a Paxlovid scrip and was told they would talk to the doc. End of day, still no call back so I called them. Got the same response. They do not follow be practices and their follow up is horrid.
