5 stars for the staff but 4 stars on follow up referrals because they are a hassle. Staff was great though! The care for you is awesome. Just their system of sending referrals doesn't work good and you have to keep calling them back for days when Dr doesn't receive the referral after they said it's been sent. I don't think it's a staff fault but a computer system issue. And it's been that way for awhile. I recommend them to anyone, just check back daily on them sending referrals.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! They made my visit a breeze and were so helpful. As soon as I walked through the doors they greeted me with kindness and smiles. I felt very welcomed. It’s hard to find that nowadays, in an emergency room. My daughter needed stitches, and they got me in and out in about an hour. They really have a great team, and I will continue going to Premier ER. Shane and the assisting nurse couldn’t have done a better job with my 2 year old. 100% recommend!!!!!!!

I took my babygirl in for an ear infection on a Saturday night and the whole staff was super sweet! They were able to get us back as soon as they could and help diagnose my babygirl and give her some medicine to help with the pain. Definitely recommend Premier ER & Urgent Care!

The staff from front desk, nurse and doctor all pleasant knowledgeable and very compassionate to my needs. Very respectful. Highly recommend this premiere ER. I felt very safe there.

I have been using Primer since they opened. Always had good insurance and could go anywhere I wanted.

Fast and professional service. Will never go to another Urgent Care.

My only disappointment is my Tricare won't accept them for ER. Still trying to change Tricare's mind

I had an excellent experience at Premier ER. I had been to BSW a few days before which was a horrific experience and no resolution. Went to Premier a few days later because I was still not well. They were fast, the facility was so clean. Everyone was so nice, helpful, explained things. Don't bother with the ER at the hospital, just go directly to Premier - they were amazing.

While the care my wife received during the ER visit itself was fine, the billing process has been nothing short of a nightmare. We initially paid $300 for the doctor’s evaluation, which lasted barely two minutes, and an X-ray of my wife’s ankle. Fast forward five months, and we’ve now received three separate invoices totaling nearly $900. One of these invoices is from a third-party company we’ve never heard of, and the two from "Premier" have different rates for the exact same "Level 3 Physician Service."

Despite making at least 10 attempts to contact their billing department, I have yet to speak with anyone who can provide clarification or assistance. This level of disorganization is shocking for a medical facility and calls into question the professionalism and legitimacy of their operations.

If you’re in McLennan County, save yourself the hassle and go to Scott & White instead.

I brought my spouse here for a potential head injury. The doctor and front desk were absolutely amazing (thank you so very much), and most if the nursing staff, even the assistants, were just awesome. They took my SO's issues very seriously and he was attended to quickly and professionally, with one exception--there was one nurse who seemed more senior who came in to do my SO's inital questions, and she was totally rude to me consistantly during the visit in front of both the doctor and the assistant. Even to the point of trying to argue with me about how I was feeling in terms of being concerned about my spouse (which I was just rubbing his leg to distract him from nausea, and she took that as concern? And she tried to argue with me). I have no idea why, but I would never deal with her again (50+, brown hair, tall, older and wears glasses) and would not trust my family member's care to her again. She very much needs to work on her bedside. As soon as she left and presumabley went off shift, my spouse was taken care by a lovely blonde nurse who was great and made sure he had every single thing he needed. I can recommend Premier as long as you dont deal with the brown haired nurse with glasses.
