Dr Allie Otto we as very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Her male nurse, D, was very courteous and kind. Savannah, the XRay technician was so compassionate and helpful. There was a Lydia who was with the Dr to learn. She was kind and helpful also.
My only complaint is that it was so HOT in the whole building. It is not good to have it hot with germs lurking around.

I recently had an outstanding experience at this urgent care center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel comfortable and cared for right away. There was no long wait time, which was a pleasant surprise, and the entire visit flowed smoothly from start to finish.

I especially want to highlight Brenda, who went above and beyond in providing exceptional care. Her warm demeanor, attentiveness, and professionalism truly made a difference in my visit. Brenda and the entire team demonstrated compassion and efficiency, ensuring that I felt valued and well taken care of throughout. I cut my finger on New Year’s Day and had to go to Piedmont Urgent Care for treatment. Needless to say it was busy with lots of people in need of care. Even with a high volume, the staff and care was terrific! Quick, easy and cheerful checkin process. Front desk kept everyone informed as to wait time. Treated everyone with care and compassion. Once back in treatment room, the care I received from both the nurse and doctor was perfect. Efficient. Caring. Professional. And if you have Wesley as your nurse, you will be well taken care of. Friendly, caring, efficient and the shot he gave me didn’t hurt. I highly recommend the Piedmont Urgent Care on Peachtree Rd.

Being generous giving them 2 stars. I made an appointment for 8am and of course the site “saves time” by allowing you to fill paperwork ahead of time. They highly Recommend for you to come 10 minutes before your appointment. Well, here I am waiting since 7:55 am, it’s now 8:20. Doors are closed, lights are off and there is no one in sight. Very unprofessional . I already hate going to the doctors and this experience so far makes it worse.
