I literally discovered this unique boutique after walking up to a women in NORDSTROMS to politely ask her where she found this lattice themed wool vest that not only looked good on her but like a work of art. Prepare yourself for a well-curated clothing/lifestyle store filled with one of a kind finds set in an almost gallery setting in the Fulton Market district.

I had been wanting to visit Notre for quite a while. Finally had the chance on 4-25-22. It far exceeded my already high expectations. The building is beautiful and very unique. Never seen a boutique like it. To top it off, the staff, every single person, were incredibly friendly. They don't sell clothes that fit me and they know it and I know it. Didn't matter. They were so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend visiting this beautiful shop and saying hello to their great folks.

I recently ordered 3 paid off shoes and as a typical impatient consumer expected to have them in a few days , after about a week I emailed to inquire about a shipping ETA ? I received an email from Alec and he explained that they sometimes get backed up on shipping but he would check on my order and make it a priority. I had my shoes two days later! Alec followed up after I received the shoes to make sure everything was good. All the reasons to patronize local business, great customer service and personal attention! I will always be more patient in the future knowing that everyone handling purchase cares

I have a number of items from Notre & I’m glad the store exists. That said, it’s always a struggle.

In-store: Only a fraction of their inventory is on the floor. This is pretty typical for comparable stores but good to know going in. The store is pretty / well-curated but not worth going out of your way for unless you’ve never been to a high-end street wear store before or* you need to try something on. The store is often too busy for the associates to be much help unless you have multiple hours to burn.
*to be fair, many similar stores have these same challenges.

Online: Large offering of interesting pieces. Often have decent availability of sizes && the end of season sales are always a good deal. Final sale items could be more clear - once you add the item to your cart, it’s not apparent unless you go back to that product’s page. Unreasonably high bar for free shipping (>$700 for free basic shipping).

The inspiration for this review: My last order took 10 days from order to shipping. On day 10, they tell me via email a shirt I bought is now out of stock, so they automatically removed it from my order and sent the remaining items without any acknowledgement that this was their error. I tried to call to share my experience / explain that I needed the shirt for an event and now have to find something else after thinking I was good for the 10 days it took them to true-up their inventory. Their voicemail box was full.
