Una amiga compró un pan de banano aquí y desde entonces estoy obsesionada. En verdad que jamás había probado algo tan rico como la panadería de aquí: El pan, el pastel de zanahoria, y los roles de canela, ya no puedo vivir sin ellos. Hacen restock varias veces a la semana y eso me hace muy feliz. Los recomiendo ampliamente!!

Great little health food store in SJDS I read the reviews of others and was wondering what it would be like. The lady working was super helpful and kind. The items available are expensive but I don’t think you’d find them in another store for less either. Lots of local coffee to choose from as well as Gluten Free snacks for my daughter. Also, don’t expect a US health food store if you are in Nicaragua, be thankful someone has worked really hard to provide high quality healthy, gluten free, vegan options.

I am so grateful to have found this gem of a store in San Juan del Sur! As a vegetarian, it's often a challenge to find quality, plant-based products, but this store has an incredible selection. With its delicious vegan and non-vegan snacks, it’s great for anyone visiting San Juan.

Visiting San Juan del Sur from Canada I was pleasantly surprised to finding a store which offered both local and western style products side-by-side well displayed at reasonable prices. Caring for the environment, I loved finding some bulk refillery options where you can bring your own containers to refill. Couldn't pass by the freshly baked banana bread and homemade ice creams - yum!

Did not expect to find a store in San Juan del Sur that reminded me of my favorite store back on Galiano Island....Daystar Market. Fabulous variety of delicious foods and excellent soaps and shampoo made locally...and yummy baked goods. The location is handy....across the the street from the Mercado.
