I’m local to Orlando and I have been going to Nature’s Market for years. One of my favorite things about visiting this store, is the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offer. My usual purchase is powdered protein supplement to build muscle. I also like their selection for psyllium husk because the powders do not contain maltodextrin, which will spike your glucose levels, compared to the more popular brand by Metamucil.
Definitely give this local shop a visit!

Owner yelled at me for accidentally calling their store twice looking for a particular supplement.

I tried calling and simply asked if they sold a particular product. Apparently I had called earlier and asked the same question, so he yelled at me for calling a second time. I didn’t remember that I had already called them. He then proceeded to yell at me at how he “knew I worked for the company” and then told me how “rude and bad it was of me to keep calling.” He then immediately hung up on me and so I called again and he didn’t answer.

So I called from a different number, he picked up again and I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the owner and proceeded to yell at me again for calling him again when he already told me they didn’t sell the supplement. All I wanted to explain to him was that was completely rude of him to yell at me when all he needed to say was no they didn’t have it. I’ve been calling around looking for something specific and didn’t realize that I had already called their store. The way he treated me, especially as the owner of the store, was completely unacceptable. He ended up hanging up on me again after yelling at me over and over again. I told him I was on my way to the store to buy products and that I am a buying customer and he didn’t care about that and told me I was lying.

Completely unprofessional. I never raised my voice or got upset until the last phone call when he was chewing me out. The first time he got mad I simply asked do you happen to have this product and then he went off yelling at me. He should be reported to the better business bureau. Very unacceptable for an owner to yell at anyone like that via the phone. So unprofessional.

If there is an item more expensive that u need, these guys r honest enough to tell u go with the cheaper one because it’s not needed. Compassionate, give great advice, professional and honest. I was so excited to realize this shop was just down the road. The shelves are PACKED with products that were new to me and some I recognized and have enjoyed before. Many of the products felt hard to find other places, so this was totally an awesome find. The people working there are also super nice and explain the benefits/risks of everything! Check them out!
