BEWARE!!!! This company is trying to RESELL RETURNED, USED and UNSEALED products, which is a serious health and safety concern.

I have made multiple purchases from this company, with this being the third time I have bought this particular eye cream, so I know what to expect. The website specifically states that the jar contains .75oz of product but after weighing the new jar I received, I saw that the amount of product this time was .37oz. It was not only visually MUCH less than previous purchases with the same packaging but it also came without a protective seal with encrusted product woven in the thread of the lid. I also weighed the empty jar to get an accurate depiction and shared pics of this as well. I emailed the owner with pics proving my claims only to be ignored so I opened a PayPal dispute 7 days later to which she finally responded. However she never addressed any of the concerns and tried to hide behind the weight of the empty jar, which I proved to be just an excuse on her part. She claimed the measuring unit she used on her own website is somehow not an accurate depiction of what consumers can expect to receive, which I find to be another ridiculous excuse.

What's worse is the package I received had another name that was scratched out with mine crudely written (& improperly spelled) on top. This lead me to believe that it is highly likely that this person is simply taking returned product, scratching out her name and reusing not only the product but also the shipping packaging from the last person she scammed.

She has tried everything possible to refuse the refund and now PayPal is forcing me to pay for shipping + tracking to ship this product back to this person so they can RESELL it AGAIN to another unsuspecting customer.
DISGUSTING!!

Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere, this person is as shady as they come

I see your trying everything you can to keep your shadiness under wraps, but Google still has your company profile online even if it doesn't show up on the search page. Trying to remove photos that prove my claims truly show just how scared you are that people will find out.... and they are available online for those that want to check it out on my facebook, search araina natural skin nutritionals to see the photos she doesn't want you to see.

AND CONSUMERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICES!

In regards to your claim that you offered me ANYTHING AT ALL..... You ignored me until I opened a dispute over a week later and then refused to address ANYTHING and insisted that I pay for this defective and used product. Then kept at PayPal to have this defective product returned so you could resell it to yet another unsuspecting customer.

Customs does not open packages without stamping or marking them... and this package came in two plastic envelopes that were both UNOPENED. Customs also does not scoop out this amount of product to test. Nice try, but I work with customs.

And your fl oz claim is beyond stupid, first of all you should list this on your website and there is no reason why you wouldn't either. Also the conversion to fl oz is SO miniscule it's ridiculous that you would try to use this as an excuse to explain why more then half the product is missing.
( 1 oz = 1.040843 fl oz )

Your actions and response make it OBVIOUS that you should not be operating a business as you have no integrity, tact or even common sense. And people who run legitimate businesses do not respond to complaints this way... I have been forced to take this route because of your unprofessional and irresponsible behavior.

Very Underrated, Products are amazing! Especially the Neem acne soap. This is by far the only acne soap I have used and works to clear my face within days. It is also amazing for controlling oily skin. Thank You for your products and wishing all success to your business in these unsteady times. Natural is the New Way To Go!

Also this Rainy N lady who left the bad review, is Craaaa Craaaa! Seems like a very bitter woman who just leaves bad reviews everywhere. Simply just click on her profile and you'll see nothing but negative reviews evrrywhere.. To her...plz get a life :/
