The staff at this location (N. Campbell) are wonderful. They’re professional, skilled, and kind. I’ve come in for an eye exam, new glasses, prescription sunglasses, trouble-shooting a problem with the fit. Every staff member and each aspect of their service was worth five stars. Highly recommended!

I got my first pair of bifocals at the Campbell & Grant location in 2022, and returned for a new pair this year. The whole experience was much, much better this time.
In both these visits, I felt fully confident in the doctor. (First visit was Darlington and 2nd was Nguyen). So, I guess what made this visit so much better was the “person who takes it from there” after the eye exam. Wow, I don’t even know what her title would be. I’m just trying to say that this time I got an extremely helpful, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and patient person. What a difference that made!
I don’t like the way any glasses look on me. For that matter, I don’t even like looking at my face in the mirror now that I’m old and wrinkled. So picking the right frames seemed futile. I was sending photos of me wearing various different glasses to my family…hoping for constructive input.
Anyway, this person named Mary asked me which ones I was considering. By then I had tried on 30 million frames and I had no idea where on the racks I had found them. It was all becoming a blur. But I was able to show Mary a pic and she could immediately go grab that particular frame. It was amazing! So then we sat down with 15 million frames and tried narrowing it down from there.
She gave a little guidance and input and let me know which were the least flattering, and even went and retrieved off the rack some additional pairs she thought might work.
Soon I was down to 2 million pairs, and I had not yet heard her mutter under her breathe, “Just pick some, damn it!”
She also was familiar with my insurance and what choices they would agree with.
In the end, I was able to choose my glasses with her assistance, and I bet they aren’t nearly as butt-ugly as the ones I chose 2 years ago.

This place is horribly run. Expect an hour and 20 minute wait for your appointment. They quote one price and then charge another. Find anyplace else. You can’t do worse.

Been here several times for glasses, and then for cataract surgery. The front desk people and Dr. Darlington are great. Jamie, the surgical coordinator is the best! I was scared about the eye surgery and she was very patient and answered all my questions . She made me feel less worried, she’s very good at her job. I recommend this place. Also, where they do the cataract surgery, Wyatt Surgical Center is great too!

I always get same day/time appointments and we are in and out after exam getting glasses frames and paying for both pairs very quickly. Always have great service all the away around at our appointments.
