Closing at 2 on a Wednesday? This clinic ignores calls and will put you on hold until they turn off the lines and get to go home ( this has happened more than 4 times) . I do not recommend using this clinic for ANYTHING. Everyone here is behind lazy and they show very little compassion. The staff are simply here to collect their cheque and go home, they DO NOT care.

STAY AWAY.

I visited this walk-in clinic on Sunday because I noticed a lump on the skin behind my right ear. However, the doctor didn’t properly examine it or even touch it. Instead, he simply told me it was likely due to surgery I had as a child. I'm 35 years old and fully aware of my medical history—I would know if I had any surgery. I tried to clarify this with him 2 or 3 times, but he didn't listen.. It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Terrible experience with the doctor called RROBERT J. COLORADO. He is so irresponsible and inpatient. I am not a native English speaker, not understanding especially these anatomy terms, but he refuses to explain to me. Also, he doesn’t even read my X-ray report, I found out the results details when I got home reading it. SAD such ‘doctor’ exists!!!!

Was just at this location, women behind the counter ingored me to deal with someone else who hadn't been waiting in line. Now I get the joy of walking to another walk in clinic. Good g to took me an hour to get there.

Okay so, if your like me, this clinic is extremely hit or miss. they have a variety of doctors working here and depending on who you get, your going to have either someone very thorough and caring or someone just trying to rush you out the door.

Obviously this can be VERY annoying if you dont have a family doctor and are trying to see them over something Not-hospital worthy. The mentality of some of the less caring doctors seems to be "This isn't my job, go to the hospital" which is, ALSO very annoying.
The good doctors however are at least understanding and try to find a solution within what they can do.

Overall its very hit or miss. I dont recommend this place unless you have the work schedule of the "good" doctors memorized or otherwise know when they'll be in.
