The Billing department in this place needs a major over haul. No one knows what is going on, and no one wants to take the time to fix the issues. They take Champ VA, and I go there, and I get the bill results on my cost share which the VA didn't pay the bill because the billing department at minute clinic did not up date the system on their end. VA offered to help them but they couldn't be bothered. So they send us a letter stating we are not covered with VA. We shiw them the letter from VA that we are. They sent our bill to collections. We sent letter after letter trying to explain what they needed to do, but they rather not be bothered. Oh well now we will see them in court. However they finally must have done what they needed to do, they got paid. Bunch of dummies.... sorry

Do not ever do DOT physical in this clinic. My driver and me never was notified that this clinic don’t send paperwork straight to DMV and he got arrested for expired physical. No notification during booking appointment online either. Customer service stated that if we would book appointment over the phone we would be notified about that. This place is ridiculous. All other hospital and places we did physical before send it to DMV without us. Horrible place

Made an appointment online at night. Got confirmation on the website. Showed up before my appointment time to test my child for strep and was told I was not on the schedule. I checked for an alternate location and the closest was in Orlando and none had any appointments. This location only had 1 person waiting and did not have a walk in option. I was told I could be put on a list and texted when an appt was avail that could be any day this week. I live too far to wait for this. Had to go to Advent Health urgent care where my child was not turned away. Minute Clinic’s appointment and walk in practices lack empathy and caring!

This Minute Clinic are thieves. Went for a simple COVID 19 test and ended up with 113.23 balance. Was invited by the practitioner for additional check in (that I didn't) that she mentioned were part of the COVID 19 charge (and were FREE since covered by Insurance) but were billed $139 as additional patient visit. I dispute the charges and they didn't want to remove the charges. Avoid this clinic by any means, I was promised a call from the general manager that never happened. NEVER AGAIN. I don't refuse to pay my medical bills, I refuse to be lied at and be overcharged. Go investigate further ID#3545118A1651

I had a really great experience at this Minute Clinic! My practitioner was really nice, knowledgeable, and caring. I felt like my symptoms were understood and treated accordingly. I had an eye infection and cold symptoms. I also like their check in system that updates you on your wait time so you don't have to wait in the waiting area. I'm glad I chose to come here rather than going to an urgent care center.

Went today first time for ear wax removal. If you set your appointment time for 2:30pm that's when they reopen after the lunch hour so you'll be the first one seen when they return. Get there a few minutes early though to sign into the kiosk and your name will display on the waiting list screen above.
My ear cleaning went very well and the nurse practitioner was friendly and professional. The whole visit took about 45 minutes and cost $99. I needed antibiotic drops for my ear that had a mild infection and that cost $33, so $132 total price which isn't bad at all.
I'll definitely return here again for future ear cleanings and any other minor health issues.
