My wife had the procedure done and came back to get her since she was sedated for procedure.
Upon arrival, they locked the waiting room at around 11:30 a.m., wouldn't let me in.
They said wait in the car, wanted to carry her bag and help her since she is prone to falling.
This is stupid, I wouldn't go here, just for that petty reason.
Why is the waiting room locked? Why do you have it...?

Dr. Barth has been my gastroenterologist for 20 years. Was a professional till he decided after a disagreement to refuse to see me professionally . I am appalled by his behavior

Excellent doctor and staff. They are on top of their game. Staff are courteous and polite. When you call, someone will actually pick up unlike other other practices who belong to big hospitals like Northwell or NYU. I had my endoscopy done and procedure went smoothly. Make sure you come 20 minutes before your procedure so there's no rush. If you have thin vein, inform the nurse so you can be seen by the right medical staff to insert the IV otherwise you will be poked several times .

I had my first appointment with Carly Barth yesterday. My experience was perfect, from the second I arrived. The office practices extreme Covid safety procedures, which was so comforting to me. The office staff was kind and welcoming and the office was beautiful and clean. Dr. Barth was very thorough with an excellent bedside manner.

A patient should not suffer for the error of the office. Not happy and horrible service. I made an appointment June 14 2021 one month ago for Dr. Micheal Barth. My cardiologist recommended him and said “ he’s a great doctor”. So I got a referral for “Micheal Barth”. Fast forward to yesterday July 13 2021 comes and I got a call to confirm a day before my appointment (July 14) and they told me it’s with a Dr. Carly Barth. I waited a month to see a specific doctor that was recommended to me and then they change my doctor last minute. They mentioned to me if I had pain they don’t make their patients wait that long and that I should have been seen earlier. Doesn’t make sense, it’s BS. Why they would make me wait a month when I explained I have severe pain and cannot drink any juices etc the day I made the appointment June 14 2021. I could have seen any other doctor in the area and not waited a month if I knew it’s not with Micheal. but I waited a month, only to be scheduled with someone else ? I spoke to Gail today, Micheal Barth’s wife and even after she spoke to him she said that he does have anything available. I said not even in a week ? She said no. So a doctors office that can’t accommodate a patient with pain, after selecting a specific doctor, with a referral, and then do a change up what we had scheduled is not for me. They can’t even man up to their mistake. And no, I don’t care if someone else was available today. I made a specific appointment. Straight out told me he won’t be available. Trash.

Always have had a positive experience !! The Dr is kind and takes the time to explain everything to you. His staff is amazing and the anesthesiologist is a solid 10. I’ve been going to this practice for 15 years I highly recommend Dr Barth

An amazing Dr he never makes me feel rushed like other Drs. He makes sure to go over all your medication and go over all test results in great detail. He’s got an amazing bedside manner, he’s professional yet personable. I have been going to him for years and I wouldn’t even think about going to anyone else ever I trust him 100%.
