Have been to the clinic a few times and I loved the convenience of being able to schedule an appointment online. I've only appointed on weekday off hours so the wait wasn't too bad. Even with an appointment, there is still a wait time of about 15 mins. Lots of people also walking in without appointments.

The doctor that I saw was kind, patient and attentive. I did not feel like I was being rushed out like other clinics. The front desk staff were amazing and I felt like I was adequately taken care of with the necessary paperwork for referrals.

The doctors , receptions and pharmacists everyone is so nice and working efficiently. Coming here for a while, and never disappointed me. Also there is not much waiting time for walk in and it always on time if I have an appointment . Probably one of the best clinic I’ve ever been to . I prefer to come here in the morning , in the evening the doctor and the management are a little different .

The doctor is very good, the front desk is also very good, the front desk can speak Mandarin, the doctor can speak a little Mandarin, the environment is spacious and bright, and the transportation is convenient.

This was our go to clinic because the reception and doctors were great but our most recent visit was very disappointing. The new reception was not helpful. We had an appointment booked but had to line up with the walkins and was seen an hour after the appointment time, so what’s the point of making an appointment ahead of time?

It was wonderful overall. Convenient and polite service. Kind and calm receptionist always available and they let you in during afternoon break.
Walk-in registration available. Appointments have priority over walk-in.
Several rooms available for patients. Diverse patient pool and staff. Doctor assistant and doctor may give interview and injections in afternoon.
The space is clean and nicely lit. Some spills on the rugs from coffee seem to have stain the lovely interior. Probably because there is a tim hortons nearby.
Plenty of room for sitting and standing.
The music playlist rocks and smooth.

Out of Markham clinics, the vaccination injection for the polio (adult) is most painless. A slight pinch and it was quick. The technique on the arm is good. No lingering ache.

Very pleased with my first visit to this clinic. Reception was pleasant and helpful. Wait time to be seen was minimal even on a busy Sunday. Doctor on duty explained next steps and did not rush me through. Thanks- would highly recommend.

My absolute favorite clinic to use if my family Dr is not available. I've seen 2 different Dr's over multiple visits for myself and my children and they have been fantastic. Very kind, thorough, detailed and I never felt dismissed.
I hope this clinic continues to run as well as it is now.

I arrive at 11am. Waited 1 hour to see the doctor( normal waiting time in Canada ) it’s not urgent. Clean and hygienic, if you don’t want to wait in the clinic you can wait in the Tim Horton’s next door. They will tell you the approximate waiting time. Got referral from the doctor. I requested a female doctor and they are able to fulfill my request
