They are a great place to get glasses. My glasses are perfect, as well as when i’ve reached out to the office about issues that I have caused on my own glasses outside of office hours they’ve gotten back to me almost right away which is amazing. Staff is sweet and i felt like the Dr fully heard my concerns with my eyesight

The girls were fantastic and got me what I needed perfectly. They were so incredibly helpful when readjusting my glasses and helping me find the right ones that really fit my face shape. The doctor was also very accommodating and walked me through the exam swiftly and promptly. Would come back again 10/10.

Great experience! My teen sons glasses broke and they got me in SAME DAY! Doctor was fun, helpful and quick. Glasses arrived and we got them fitted within 10 minutes. I will definitely be coming back. The staff are so sweet and knowledgeable, the office was clean and the art on the walls were super cute!

It was difficult to leave a bad review because the doctor is friendly and patient but his office staff is atrocious. I purchased two pairs of glasses for my child and they rudely stopped over and fitted them and just cold bent them to fit never actually checked if they fit and acted horrible to me and to my child. They just had her standing up by the front door … I will never ever be back and be warned should you go, they have sit and wait while they make phone calls to patients instead of helping you. They are rude and don’t care and have no idea what they are doing. My insurance coverages were not done correctly and because of their office manager I strongly advise against anyone going to Marana eye care

Today I picked up my new glasses from Marana Eye Care. This is the second pair I have gotten from them. In the past when I have gotten glasses from other places, I have had to go back to have the vision adjusted on them. I have not had that problem here. My glasses are perfect from day 1. The staff are all friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I was also impressed that my glasses were back within one week. That was a first!

If I could I would give this place A NEGATIVE Stars!!! THIS IS HOW FRUSTRATING I AM WITH THIS COMPANY. STAFF ARE RUDE. WAITED ON CONTACTS FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. NEVER CALLED OR RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION AND/OR THE STATUS. WHEN THEY DID HAVE IT THEY SAID IT HAS BEEN IN THE OFFICE FOR WEEKS. VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Stay away from this company. Don’t ever use them!
