This Dr is horrible, my mom has been seeing him for 20 years and I was never told that my mom have a cyst inside her ear, all he did was clean her ear and told her to use drops daily until she started getting discharge from her so I took her to an otolaryngologist and was told there are a lot of issues with her ear due to an infection and other issues that they are still looking into after an MRI. The specialist also said this is not something that occurred in a year or two but most likely been for over 5 years. And now mom might have to do surgeries to remove it. Terrible doctor!!!

Dr. Li is very experienced and unlike many Chinatown doctors, is very patient and professional. He takes his time to explain things to the patient. He also doesn't recommend you to unprofessional labs. The front desk ladies are also very professional and don't require you to schedule an appointment for a referral.

I was referred to him by NYEandEar. My friend works as an ortho-Optist. I made an initial office visit in July. Dr Li said fax over the paperwork this way I can make a diagnosis. I faxed it over and the woman on the phone said I have to make a follow up appointment to discuss the audiologist test. I had to make a FOLLOW UP appointment! I was very disappointed because I’ve noticed my hearing is suffering. And Dr Li needed this to give me an assessment on my initial visit. The appointment is in 2 months. I was livid! If I knew that I would’ve asked Dr Li to return my phone call. My first visit in Dr Li’s office was no help.
I’ve called the office and they said call the office when they are open. I am frustrated with the answering service because it’s hard for me to hear. And to make things worse the woman stopped saying anything. ... as if she just hung up. And then I heard a phone ring. I told whomever’s on the phone “I can hear that you didn’t hang up.” So I called back and I spoke to the same lady. I told her I heard her on the phone. I also told her to tell Dr Li to give me a call. She didn’t want to take my message and I told her what she did and I heard her still on the phone. I told her that wasn’t nice. And she needs to tell Dr Li to return my phone call or I will tell Dr Li what just happened. I will keep everyone up to date on what happens next.

Below review is for the office in Flushing.

The office is not open on Saturday but hire someone who answer the phone. She doesn't take appointment, doesn't know whether the doctor speaks Cantonese or Mandarin, doesn't know the doctor's schedule. He has two practice, one in Flushing and one in Chinatown. Waste of money paying someone to pick up the phone and tell me to call back Monday. Might as well use an automated machine and save some money. That way at least I could leave a message.

I have a hard time with finding great doctors who seem to care about their patients and don’t rush them. That wasn’t the case with Dr. Li. He is very thorough in explaining what he’s doing and what needs to be done. You will feel very at ease with him. Staff also does a wonderful job of following up with you.

Dr. Li is a good ear doctor! The front desk is nice and we waited not too long! Highly recommended!

Everyone there is very friendly. Not to mention Dr. Li is very kind and helpful. Everytime I come here I never have an issue. Would recommend to everyone I know.

本人鼻炎严重，每年都去看一次医生，医生和护士都很友善认真。
