My family and I moved to the area about a year ago. I was looking for a dentist facility that was more like what u find “up north”. I found that Lake wales dental group to be within my insurance and was impressed with the staff’s kindness, organization and customer satisfaction. They were friendly and thoroughness. They allowed me to make my next appointment while I was there. They were gentle and did not have any anxiety with my appointment. Would definitely recommend.

I have been a patient here for many years. I have had a couple of implants done by them. One was my front tooth, the end result is fantastic,nobody would be the wiser! I really like that they listen to your concerns. Felix is my favorite,he is super attentive and sweet.

Apparently they are under new ownership. I had a seriously AWFUL appointment!!! They took x-rays. Then the dentist came in and told me all the problems with my teeth WITHOUT EVER LOOKING IN MY MOUTH!!!! I expected a cleaning AND NEVER GOT ONE!!!! Then, I was told I would need to come up with over $20K for my dental work. They told me without any compassion and without any options as far as how I would be able to work it out, such as paying thru credit like Care Credit or paying half up front and then certain amounts as the work was being done etc. They have no compassion. I did not need to hear from the dentist how he had just acquired the practice....I needed to hear solutions for my dental work and for him to actually look at my teeth!!!! How the heck can he know exactly how bad or good the teeth are without looking at them? Now, I have to wait another year to go see someone else to get treatment. Thanks for nothing Lake Wales Dental!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND LEAVE WITHOUT THE PROPER CARE AND ALL KINDS OF EMPTY POCKETS!!!

I am new to the area called my insurance and they recommended this dentist! This office happens to be on my insurance plan, which is great! The staff is excellent, friendly and very helpful especially Tiffany! I had had some tooth pain a few days before this visit, but the doctor could find nothing wrong, which is good in my case, but I do need some extensive dental work. I will be coming back here to continue treatment and get a better looking smile!

We've been going to Lake Wales Dental since we moved to Florida 3 years ago and have always received great and friendly service. All staff members are great and friendly as well.
My wife had upper implants completed by them and she loves them and they look great.

Today’s visit was one of my best cleanings. Everyone is so nice. I usually get nervous because my teeth are really sensitive but he did a good job and I was so happy. The manager and front desk people are amazing and it is super fast to get appointments. I also bring all my kids to get their cleaning done. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The staff is very nice and have no control over the mistakes made in my dental work. I went in for a crown in December. My tooth was prepared and a temporary put on. I was to get my crown the first week of January. They cancelled appointments, told me I didn’t have appointments when I went in, kept telling me the lab was having difficulty with my tooth and it was not in. They told my husband my tooth was in and then told me it wasn’t. When I finally got in for a crown in early April, it was not even a close fit and it was the wrong color. So they made an appointment for 2 weeks, which they cancelled the morning of the appointment, saying the crown was not ready. So I ended up waiting another week and yes I finally got a crown after a 4 month+ wait. Very poor customer service. I only gave 1 star because the staff was very nice.
