I have to give this place four stars for a number of reasons. I’ve been coming here for ten years now and prices have just gotten out of control. $9 for a box a gluten free cereal is just absurd. The selection of foods and snacks has also dwindled in the aisles. Produce quality has also managed to decline since I first started shopping here. Apart from that this is a decent place to shop if you’re looking for vegetarian or vegan alternatives for cooking, and they have a vast array of supplements and vitamins in their health section.

La Sierra is awesome for bulk goods, plant-based meats, frozen meals, and lots of specialty vegan items that are hard to find elsewhere. Their produce section is not very good, so this is not a one-stop grocery store. Still, I like to go here once a month to stock up on things I can't get elsewhere in West Riverside. They have a particularly great plant-based meat section, with bulk amounts available in the very large freezer section along the back wall. I've discovered some new yummy protein foods here which have made home cooked meals much easier and tastier!

La Sierra natural food store is the only grocery store I’ve ever went to with the most vegan meat options. I remember when I first came here as a vegan and couldn’t believe all the different choices to choose from. The restaurant they have attached to the grocery store is delicious as well. Lastly, you can order rice and beans in bulk. I always appreciated that wether being vegan or not. I wish I still lived closer. I would go here more often.

They have Every Friday from 8 am to 1pm vegan cupcakes and vegan baklava with three different kinds pistachio ,walnut and coconut

I found this store interesting. It feels like a smaller healthier version of sprouts. I shopped today, on a Wednesday, and it was pretty dead in the store. When I finished shopping there were no workers to be found. The security guard was the only one in the front. Someone came up and changed the trash not ever 10 feet away from me and didn't even acknowledge I was waiting there. He walked away and the security guard had to get him a few minutes later. I almost left my items there and walked out. I don't know if I'll be shopping here again.
