Tienen el peor servicio al cliente son groseros muy despotas. Las recepcionistas son bien malhumoradas y groseras, y no me siento cómoda yendo a un lugar que no te traten bien. No lo recomiendo

Honestly I don’t have an issue with the dentists who work at la clinica dental. They need to hire more friendly and understanding receptionists because the ones who work there are so rude and have no compassion. I had a lot of interactions where the receptionists have been rude to me. I don’t feel comfortable coming to this place anymore because the receptionists aren’t friendly. I don’t appreciate the treatment. I am disappointed. I have been going to la clinica for 22 years and I am disappointed on the services now.

Some of the dentist need to learn some bed side manners and the receptionist need to be more patient and less snobby. Terrible customer service.

One Star is a lot for this dental clinic at the reception the service is terrible the dental doctors are terrible the only thing they know how to offer is the bill for missing an appointment because it was your insurance it did not cover everything when in reality they know how to do it and they offer that they always want to do x-rays, my husband had never been there for the first time they made him miss a day of work to get information, they gave him another appointment to do an x-ray and the last one was for a cleaning dentist but what happens is that they don't have doctors to do a cleaning, but they discounted the Insurance, I call again to make the appointment and they tell me that I need x-rays all the time, they are offering you x-rays, but never cleaning and they charge insurance because they already include X-rays and cleaning. They are really rude employees.

Amazing staff. I had the best dental care I have ever had in my life at La Clinica Vallejo Dental. The Doctors and staff members gave me excellent care. I have never in my life had a good experience dealing with dental clinics until now.

Triage doesn't smile or show she enjoys working there, or about any of the patients. not only that but as soon as her coworkers returned she talked about personal business and talked crap about some people, claiming they are ridiculous patients. Yes, talking badly about patients. the waiting room isn't big so everyone can hear her. They don't do what they can to help you, but rather do whatever they can to charge you out of pocket, and pressure you telling you its absolutely necessary and you can only go to them. not only that but they don't clean the rooms before using. no paper over the seats and it's obviously dirty and saw some blood. Horrible malpractice going on here, best to avoid at all costs

La Clinica is one of the best things in Vallejo. The sliding scale based on income makes it possible for patients get the best of needed care. Dentists and staff are friendly. That is why it is so busy.
