Reception was good. From waiting room to the doctor's room, it was quick, about 20 minutes. However, after being placed in the private room, I waited for the doctor for over a hour with no communication. When I stepped out of the room to inquire about the time, it was clearly observable that the doctors were having personal conversations while leaving us patients waiting. The receptionist confirmed that they were not on a scheduled break, just chatting in the hall for at least 10 minutes as per my observation. I ultimately spent 3 hours at the clinic before I was able to go home. I truly feel disrespected as a patient, knowing that their priorities are in the wrong order. I find this extremely unfortunate, as they are meant to support us in our most vulnerable times. If you have the option, I would suggest that you go to a different clinic where you may be respected.

The staff were very friendly. I understand the wait times can feel long but as a nurse, I know the staff are doing their best to accommodate all the people that come into the urgent care. The doctor I saw was very attentive and listened to my health concerns and helped provide solutions to get me back on track to improving my health.

This morning I went to the fairway road clinic . I arrived at 7;30. There were already people lining up inside the building. ( only one other person besides myself was wearing a mask ) despite many coughing and sneezing. The line dispersed quickly when the doors were opened. I was registered quickly and shortly thereafter, moved into an examination room.
I cannot say enough about how well I was looked after. Dr. Chand was the doctor who saw me. He was totally wonderful. He took time to listen to my symptoms and concerns. He examined and made a diagnosis. During the process he carefully and clearly not only explained why I was feeling so awful, he drew a diagram of my bronchial tubes and airways and showed me visually, why I was suffering . He was compassionate, caring, and concise. Friendly and approachable. I felt better even before I filled my prescriptions just because this very busy doctor took the time to see me, not as a number, but as a person. I can't thank him enough I have always has excellent service at this clinic, and today was no exception. The staff are excellent and patient, considering the pressure they are under every day. This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been to and I won’t be returning. They run at a snail’s pace. Expect to be waiting 3+ hours to be seen. The staff discuss private medical info out in the open. The doctors waste time having personal conversations instead of seeing patients. And the snarky attitude from some of these 20 year old receptionists is unbelievable. Every time I went in, no one including the doctors seemed to have a clue what was going on, and the lack of communication between staff was very obvious.

Most unpleasant experience in terms of unending waiting times.

They took our details and asked us to wait in the room. We waited for 4 hours and the doctor never came.
When we asked the reason, they simply asked us to sit n wait. The doc visited twice and did not even enquire why we been waiting there.
After questioning again, the staff were behaving rudely and on further questioning on the long wait time, they realized they lost the file.

The whole ordeal took 8 hours owing to the stupidity of the Staff and the Doctor who threw away our file and did not bother to inform any one.

So Keep asking the staff, till you get attended. Else they won’t bother

We arrived promptly at 8:15 AM. Grabbed a ticket, were seen for the initial screening. Fast forward to 9:30 a staff member brings us to a room. Since then we waited in that room, the doctor has managed to see many patients that have came after us, arriving over an hour after we did. With no explanation and a rude demeanour he suggested we can else where if we don’t like the wait time. The average rating here is 2.1 stars and that is very reflective of the treatment we were given. Rude, incompetent, and discriminatory staff members. They should shut this clinic down and start a new one with new leadership and new staff.

This clinic is a lot like many walk-in clinics in the area. Very long wait times and rushed assessments due to the ratio of doctor to patients (in the 3.5hours I was waiting, the 1 doctor working saw at least 150 patients). I don’t think these professionals get a chance to show off their knowledge and skills due to sheer volume of work. There needs to be more order and organization in the wait room. Some people had appointments, they were seen on time. Many people were to grab a ticket and wait for their number which didn’t seem to admit them to a room in the order of the number taken. There were also MANY people who walked in, totally skipped the line, and hassled the staff into being seen first. They were typically in and out within 30mins, no appointment, no ticket number. So order and organization of which patients are seen needs major improvement. That alone will likely cut the wait times in half and keep the doctor/staff not ridiculously busy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place used to have good doctors, but not anymore. I took my very sick 4-year-old, who was struggling to breathe, and after waiting 4 hours, a tall, dark-skinned doctor briefly checked him and said it was just a cold. Despite my medical background and insisting he had an infection, the doctor refused to prescribe medicine. I went to another clinic, where two doctors confirmed my son had a lung infection and gave him proper treatment. Within 24 hours, he was back to normal.
