1. Never enough staff or self checkout lanes to get out efficiently.
2. Constantly altering the layout and displays in the store casing confusion.
3. The toiletries area where I independently have to shop away from the rest of the store.
4. The carts that are immobile both inside and outside of the store, regardless of proximity.
5. The lack of help, save for the cheese counter. God will spare them in the apocalypse.
The purposefully placed selection of mostly throwaway junk food between the produce section to the sushi are. Rainbow layered cake and nasty old bean dip that no one buys.
6. "There's a customer service call for 101" that plays non stop for hundreds of times on end and never shuts up for any logical reason.
7. The terrible choices of music that blast for 20 seconds before being bombarded by the customer service calls.
8. The self checkout conveyor that constantly fails because green onions are too light to pass over it to trigger it.
9. The stench from the seafood area that screams it's not properly being cleaned.
10. The armed rent a cops that harass everyone out the door to see their receipts. I pulled 60 hours this week, and not so some academy failing jackass could stop to bug me to see if I paid for my apple fritters.

I avoid this Kroger at almost all costs. I'd 10/10 rather, and do go to my tiny crappy Kroger up the road because no one is stopping to question me and I know where everything is. Kroger is a multi-billion dollar corporation and I'm tired of being treated like an fn criminal when I'm trying to feed myself. So much is a blatant ripoff and they know it. I'm sick of their police state trash. I'll do what I did last time. Throw my receipt and keep walking. I haven't stolen but don't push me.

I just went to this Kroger at 8:30 PM on December 6 to get my son some formula. This is the second time I have gone into this Kroger and they have told me or my husband that they have misplaced the key to the formula cabinet for babies the lady who told me was very pleasant and I understand things happen but why in the world would you lose a key to something so vital knowing that people need this formula? I’m not very happy with the way things are running at that Kroger, they need to take better care of things that are very important like a key to a cabinet of baby formula. Because of this, I will never shop at the Kroger again.

Kroger made over 3 billion in profits last year alone. Yet, in spite of that they've decided that they didn't make enough because of theft. So their solution is to treat each customer as if they're guilty, until the customer goes out of their way to prove otherwise. I will not be treated as if I'm a criminal until proven innocent, especially for a loaf of bread! This company is not hurting for resources, it's their customers and their employees who are!
I will never shop inside this location again.

This store is horrible– don't shop here. I've been walking here to do my grocery shopping for over a decade. This store was very nice when I first moved to the area, but it has declined to the point where I often prefer to drive to a different Kroger instead dealing with the one across the street. I already stopped filling my prescriptions at the pharmacy years ago due to the poor service.

These days, it's always understaffed, and the store is often a mess. Not long ago, I could smell something rotting in the pet food aisle for almost two weeks. I don't have pets; I never even go into that aisle.

The recent remodel seems to have served no purpose other than making the store significantly more difficult to navigate. They've removed a major walk way that ran perpendicularly through the middle of the aisles, which means you end up having to do almost twice as much walking as you would have before to get the same groceries. They also removed their hand baskets a few years back. That means if you're making a quick trip you're either limited to what you can carry in your arms, or you have to push a full sized cart through the crowded, poorly laid out store. They do have a few mini-carts, but you have to be lucky to get one of those.

Now they've walled off the entire health/beauty department into it's own mini store with a dedicated checkout. Today I tried to buy a stick of deodorant along with my usual groceries. I was told that I had to pay for it there. I'm not going to stand in line and wait behind five people, and then be forced to talk to one of your disinterested employees for the privilege of buying a $1.95 stick of deodorant. Even more so when I can see an empty self-checkout (which I strongly prefer in the first place,) from their line.

This store has held on to my business for the past decade mostly due to the convenience. Apparently, convenience is no longer a service they offer. Go anywhere else to do your grocery shopping, it will almost certainly be better.

The grocery store itself is fine. Selection is often limited or out-of-stock. On multiple occasions I have been harassed by other customers. Kroger pickup is pretty fast, but often 1/4 to 1/2 of the order I received is wrong.
