Great place to search and buy furniture. Employees greet you upon entering the store and they are always helpful. Anytime I'm looking for something specific, they always take time to search for it and show me all colors, styles, and prices. In Your Home Furnishings is my go-to when I am looking for furniture. I also love that their dogs are part of their family and sometimes greet customers. I always feel welcome and remembered when I come into the store.

In your home furnishings has the most unique array of furniture I’ve ever seen. The store is huge and the staff is amazing. Especially Brandy who was super keen and knowledgeable on which recliner was the one for me! I will be back to complete my living room set.

My husband and I bought three bedding sets online from this store on April 20th and have yet to receive most of our furniture. They had to be made from the manufacturer so we were told it could be between 6-8 weeks (business days), we are way past that timeframe. Every time we call it's a different excuse; Waiting on production, waiting on manufacturing, etc. We were told at the end of July (July 23rd) it was scheduled for shipment that Friday. We called again at the beginning of August, and it was allegedly out for shipment again. I am highly disappointed because this store had such good reviews. At this point I would not recommend them and will not be buying anymore furniture from them.

We have received- the master bed frame and two night stands. We did receive the dresser to go with the set, but it was a broken and had to be returned. We have not gotten that dresser back yet, therefore we do not have that complete bedding set.
We have not received the bunk bed we ordered or the loft bed we ordered. They do have the mattress, but we live three and a half hours away so will not pick up that mattress until the rest of the furniture is in. My children have been sleeping on the floor because we are still waiting on these beds to come in. We were told that we could not get a refund and are at the mercy of the manufacturer. This should have been clarified when we ordered. We were okay with being told 6-8 weeks, but anything beyond that is not reasonable. The only solution offered was a trade out for what they have on the floor, but none of that fits what we need which is why it was special ordered.

We were asked to clarify details and that is what I have done. We are disappointed and hoped for a better outcome, but this is our personal experience. I do not normally blast businesses online, but due to it being so long I felt the need to speak up.

If you are buying something in the store, it will probably be a great experience. But beware buying anything that has to be special ordered.
