I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I want to protect people so they don't make the mistake of coming here. The dentist is a nice guy, but they try to sell you on a pricing module that fits your needs. The reality is you'll always pay more then you expect. They don't tell you about additional costs for fluoride, basic treatment, etc. until after your session. There are always hidden fees. Additionally, they don't have assistants for the dentist, so be ready to help the dentist flush your teeth as work is going on.

They also have people that deal with the payment at the end of the session that could not be more rude. They will speak to you with attitude, not listen to you, and try to over charge you. The last time I was there the dentist assured me my total cost would be $50.00. I went to pay and the woman behind the desk tried charging me $175.00. It wasn't until I said I needed to speak with the dentist and said I wouldn't go back there that they adjusted the price. Anything to make a dollar I guess. I will not be going back to Ideal dental and would highly recommend you choose another place to get your teeth cleaned.

Im a big baby and ill tell you the Dentist MR. RILEY BISWELL changed my mind on dentist offices I have bad experiences in the past my teeth had and have a lot of fixing to do but let me tell you he eased my mind and I literally felt no pain after getting five teeth removed and stitches. I truly will never go NOWHERE ELSE but to him. He even took his time to make me feel comfortable and the staff did the same they're all very nice and helpful answer any questions I had and was very patient with me yeah and actually my recovery was very easy. Ill be back soon as i heal and ? I want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH MR. RILEY BISWELL AND STAFF. FROM BARBARA R.

It’s beautiful inside with great energy and music everyone is friendly and kind and the office manager is amazing doing everything she can to help and explaining everything so thoroughly. The doctor is also very kind with beautiful energy and explains everything she is doing while she’s working on your teeth. I wanted the real no filter give me the worse kind of thing and she gave me the truth about my teeth and really what I should do. Love them 10/10 would recommend is expensive but they do have plans and payment options so it’s all worth it! Come here and let these people take care of your teeth ! You will not regret it !

To all the folks who left a one star, I appreciate you so much! I had an eerie feeling when I saw the $39 promotion as they say "If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is" lol. I am uninsured as well and I just want to point out that my brother works in the field of helping companies market themselves on google and 90% of the 5 star reviews are paid for & fake. ESPECIALLY if you see "Sponsored" which means the owner of the facility doesn't have enough clientele so they literally go to the measures of PAYING to be at the top of your search engine. Dental work isn't to be taken lightly and from what I read in the reviews, it sounds just like an HVAC proposal for pricing lol. C'mon now. We arent AC units. Have some integrity :). God bless you and your team, this is just a bit shady.

As a new patient uninsured, they cannot give you any idea on the price of a cleaning.... "until they get you in for an exam. They will quote you a price of their "current special, $39.00 for exam and x-rays. After the exam, the doctor will go over your treatment plan, what type of cleaning you need, and the cost". If you do not have insurance, they want to sell you an "in house saving plan". Why does it have to be so complicated to go to the dentist to get your teeth cleaned? I had a friend who went, and she had to leave after the exam because the cost was excessive. She had insurance, and was stuck with a payment for x-rays in the excess of $900.00 +. Seems like a shady practice focused on getting you in the door under false pretenses and trying to sell unnecessary services. hmmm...

I had a broken crown and was so panicked and they got me in immediately and helped with all the details of insurance, etc. Very friendly and caring staff. May have found my new dentist.

Easy scheduled appointment at 3am for 9am couldn’t treat me for my wisdom tooth pain but went above and beyond to get me a same day appointment in another ideal dental office dr receptionist and hygienist were all super nice helpful and understanding

Awesome office and staff everyone so nice and attentive I made the appt the day before was suffering with tooth pain they immediately found the problem and removed my wisdom tooth all in the same day and gave me flexible payment plan I loved it they saved my life bye-bye pain!
