After my first and most recent visit with Nehali Patel, I won't be returning. While I was there, she interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain my symptoms, tried correcting me as if i told the nurse somethjng entirely different (did she read the right chart?), treated me and my symptoms like they didn't matter, gave me an antibiotic I was allergic to, and was generally rude and unhelpful. The reason I have been going to Hope Clinic for 5+ years is because it was one of the only places that took the time to actually hear my problems and work with me to figure them out, instead of just shuffle me thru the door in a 15 minute time slot like most doctors. After the founder passed away this past year, the good providers left and it became the same as everywhere else. I left my appointment in tears and without a solution. It was the first time I'd gotten out of bed in 6 days, and she only said I might have a little cold. How invalidating and inappropriate. Sure, I'm healing and feeling better but there are still infections in various parts of my body and I need them to be treated appropriately. She even yelled at my 3 yr old for trying to get on her chair.

During the Covid-19 Virus pandemic of year 2020, this Clinic actually evaluated me for my yearly women exam for only $40. My current employers’ business mandatory closed because of the pandemic. I didnt have income & was living with family. All I have to do was write a letter stating my financial and living status, date & signed. Physical check up, blood work, & pap smear only cost me $40.

Nehali,FNP-C was absolutely amazing! She was so thorough going over my lab results with me . She made me feel super comfortable and she is very educated and answered all of my questions! I will definitely love to keep coming to her! And highly recommend her. The front desk staff is very informative and helpful and they have a quick sign in process. The only downside thing I’d have to say is that every time I tried calling the office I wouldn’t get an answer but overall it’s a great clinic and I am pleased !

This isn’t the place to go if you want any type of friendly customer care. Voicemail doesn’t work well, they take forever to answer and the person that eventually answers the phone shouldn’t be in that position. I cancelled my appointment

Dr. Sineway came from a pulmonary practice and is now here at Hope. He is phenomenal, thorough and takes all the time with you that you need. I would recommend him to anyone!

OMG!!!! The best!! I mostly see Jenny or Dr. Martin, such kind, caring and loving people. I have been going for over 10 years. You couldn't pay me to go nowhere else. I highly recommend these people everyone here is very kind friendly and full of God's love. I've always had my prescriptions filled within a hour. Just a wonderful place with wonderful staff. Even the front end is awesome!!! ❤️✝️✝️✝️❤️
