Battery failed on my hybrid after eight years, whilst waiting for a local car wash. After jumpstart managed to get to Halfords where they not only had an identical battery but Jay could fit it in 10 minutes. Exceptional service and very many thanks, avoided days of waiting for dealer to do the same with significant savings in cost. Highly recommended

Brilliant service. I came in to buy a bulb and they were able to fit it for me straight away. Fitted a new bulb for my headlight and also helped me with the reason for my engine light coming on. 5 stars plus. I recommend using them!

Good afternoon, I popped in to the Shrewsbury store looking for some items. I found a shop assistant who was very helpful and showed me exactly were to go and he was very polite. It brought me back to when I worked in the retail business, I used to say manners cost nothing. And when i got to check out the lady assistant again was very polite, it makes your day as some people can be so nasty, and there is enough going on in this world , so well done please keep up the great work ?

Bought a Garmin drive smart sat nav in June 2024, it updated today and wiped out all the maps. Upon taking it back to local Halfords I was told it was after 30 days so only a gift voucher or exchange was offered even though the sat nav is obviously faulty. NO REFUND!! They had nothing else I wanted and I certainly didn't want another Garmin so im now stuck with a £170 gift voucher. I have used Halfords many times over the year's but won't be back in a hurry. Will be buying from Argos in future as the refund policy is much better.

Having owned my bike for 24 hours, the gearshift broke. I went through the online chat to arrange a repair, which I thought was great until I arrived at the store and they had me down for a free health check, not a repair. They then told me it would be ready for collection the following Tuesday. I went through the online chat to confirm my bike was ready, and they confirmed it was. However, when I arrived in store I was told the part hadn't even arrived, let alone fitted. The staff were unapologetic until I pointed out I only collected the bike eight days before. Then I was offered a replacement bike or continue with the repair, both options ready for Friday coming. I wait with interest.

The store was fine as as was the assistant. However the store price of the item was higher than the online price. I might just as well saved my petrol and time by ordering from Amazon with free delivery.
