The wait is honestly horrendous. It's my second visit accompanying my almost 90 yr old dad. Today, I've been here since 3:30pm , that's over 2.5 hrs, and we're still not seen. The patients before us said they've waited close to 3 to 4 hrs. The expectation that patients and their family/ caregivers are to wait indefinitely after their scheduled appointment time is awful and highly stressful. It is better to be realistic and considerate to schedule fewer patients per day and honor each patient's time in those visits.

Don't go to this clinic! Even if you make an appointment and arrive on time, this doctor will keep you waiting and always arrange walk-in patients to cut in line! Each visit to the doctor requires more than 3 hours of waiting time.

Firstly the reviews on google are far from the truth. For my Mother has been under the care of Dr. Liu as of 2024. Words cannot describe how much better she has been since she started treatment with Dr.Liu. With such a complex case with multitude of health problems Dr Liu was able to use his expertise, knowledge, and professionalism to properly treat. His decades of experience has provided comfort knowing he has the ability to treat as a specialist rather than the traditional MDs who only prescribes. Dr. Liu practice is on par with prestige and excellence towards the true definition of what medicine should be! With a combination of his network of colleague from the renowned NYP and his own research shows he is truly committed to his dedication in healing his patients, my mother is one of them and we are grateful to be under his care.

My AC1 at 7.2 for nearly 18 month. I do not believe what doctor said. I switch three doctors in 18 month.
Finally meet Dr. Liu. He give me a test tool check it twice a day. I finally know what cost my problem without any medication AC1 down to 5.9 or 6.1 and stay there for 18 month now.

he is not a honestly doctor, he should just tell me decrease medicine on phone, not called to he office and charge me again just fir tell decrease medicine

Dr.Liu is very nice and informative, but my experience today was very disappointing. Made an appointment and I came here 20 mins before my appointment. Waited for almost two hours and it wasn’t even my turn yet. The lady who was late for her appointment and got here after me was seen first. What’s the point of making an appointment if I’m not even seen two hours later? The area is hard to find parking and I have to pay meter every hour just for this long wait. Honestly unacceptable.

I'm someone who is pretty critical of my healthcare experience and any vendor I review. I'm a journalist for a newspaper, so I won't endorse unless I think it's warranted. Also, I believe it's hard finding an endo without weeks, months of waiting these days, so I'm writing this to help someone, hopefully.

I wanted to see an endo soon, and Dr. Liu got me in right away cuz he works all the time -- days, nights, weekends. His front desk was very helpful and generous before, during and after my visit. He does spend A LOT of time with patients and gives lots of detail, but when you need a specialist, you usually don't mind that. He went through all my reports ... well past his closing time. We were both yawning. I went at the end of the day, so maybe that's why I didn't have a wait like others had.

He called me personally with the results, 2x. Not his front desk.

He also assessed what past doctors have told me over the years, in a pretty unsolved issue, and he's very experienced and teaches, etc. so I appreciated the insight. Some of the comments, experiences listed in the comments here may be true and warranted, but I'd say try him if you need an endo. I'm happy with my experience.
