Best exam and cleaning I have had in over 20 years. The assistant did a wonderful job taking x-rays (no problems with waiting too long to remove the "film" from my mouth and the pieces of 'film' did not hurt). The dentist was thorough with his exam and let me decide if I wanted to replace a crown or wait and see– crowned tooth not causing problems and not painful and has had the issue for years when a previous dentist drilled through the existing crown. The hygienist did a deep clean on my teeth and they truly feel clean. Unlike other dentists this hygienist cleaned and cleaned and cleaned. Nothing was painful but I could tell she was doing a great job. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I recently visited the Loma Linda Dental Faculty Associates for a teeth cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From start to finish, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Natalie was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease.

Heather, the dental hygienist who performed my cleaning, was very good. She was thorough, gentle, and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Her skill and attention to detail were impressive, and I left with my teeth feeling cleaner than ever.

I look forward to my next appointment and hope to have Heather again for my cleaning. I highly recommend the Dental Facility Associates to anyone in need of top-notch dental care!

Silvia, the dental assistant was so kind and informative. She made me feel comfortable and less nervous because of how she was toward me. Mercedes in the front desk was very kind as well.

“It takes one bad apple to ruin the whole barrel”. I implore the corporate office to speak or educate a front office staff named Ashley. I have spoken to Candace and Dr. Vega about an inhumane incident last Friday, Sept. 15 @ 0830. I received a phone call from this Ashley regarding my appointment today, Sept. 18. She bluntly told me that I have to bring $4900.00 by Monday otherwise I will not be taken cared of. She went on by asking me if I remember all the dental work I had done in 2020. I told her that I do and for the last 2 1/2 years I’ve been bringing the letter and I was repeatedly told by front office staff not to worry about it. About 6 months ago was when I brought another letter and I was once again instructed that it was an automated letter and I didn’t owe anything and to just disregard future letters. Ashley’s response was “I don’t know who you talked to but you need to bring the whole amount by Monday otherwise you will be turned down for any services”. I requested to speak to clinic manager. Candace was kind enough to reassure me to still come to my appointment and make a payment plan with Maria. Maria like the other staff are all exceptional in what they do. But a person like Ashley can cause patients not to ever come back for future dental care. Please send her to customer service seminars and teach her how to respect others. Otherwise she will remain to be a menace to this dental clinic and possible demise to the dental practice of your excellent dentists including Dr. Vega. Feel free to call me as needed. Thank you.

Update: I appreciate the call I received from Maria yesterday, January 10, 2024. I was informed that Ashley is no longer working at this dental office. I am relieved to know that the appropriate action was taken for what she has done to me and few others. Thank you Maria for your call and thank you to corporate staff who stepped and did the next best thing.
