My son has been using this organization for over 15 years. The staff are passionate about the care for their clients with special needs. I always get a follow-up call to make sure he is doing well after each procedure. The office staff is always happy to help with making appointments and sending reminders. At the end of each office visit staff walk us to our car to help my son to be safely seated in the car. DDD has provided the most excellent dental care we could hope for. Thanks DDD!

We take my son, young adult with Down syndrome, to DDD for his dental cleanings and other dental work. The office is very nice and the staff are very helpful. I feel the dentists provide very good care. The only real challenge of getting care at DDD is the pre-appointment paperwork required since a check-up by doctor is needed. But, I guess since sedation is always used, this is needed.

Wonderful people, wonderful care! I feel very comfortable with the care they provide for my son. We have been going since he was 7 and he’s now 29! They are like family to us! My son loves going to the dentist now and has wonderful teeth!!!!!

We took my son for the first time this year and we had a great experience. All of the staff were so supportive and friendly, it was nice to have someone there who knew what to do and how to handle my son while also receiving great medical care. We are so very thankful for the DDD foundation and what they do for our community and children.

Thanks to the DDD for what they do. It's sad that there are not many options for dental care for children and adults with disabilities. The DDD does the best they can. Much better than the office was back in Chamblee. Hopefully the DDD can expand their surgeries in the hospital, this would definitely help my son. Thanks

Some years ago I would have given the DDD Foundation a terrible review. The wait was ridiculous with no explanation. No one told us what to expect after sedation, scary. We received a cover all printout. I didn’t expect to have such a hard time waking my son or it take 2 people to carry him in the house. I read the reviews and was already very apprehensive. The dentist was very nice but the staff…NOT!
HOWEVER…It is clear that a lot of work has gone into making corrections. Our last few visits have been amazingly different from the first. The second time we came I cried from the stress resulting from the first bad experience.
Now I cry from appreciation.
The changes to the overall fountionality, staff interaction, information provided, ability to wait in the car and be buzzed in is more calming for most clients.
Even when the wait becomes a bit longer, the ability to sit in the quit or take a short walk outside is wonderful.
The work they have done to better serve this population cannot be questioned.
I love them for it.
FYI….I never give 5 stars. We can always fine something we can improve upon.
