The 105 to Portland drops trips during rush hour both ways without warning. I love you guys but my god, you must get this together. I do not want to drive to my job in downtown Portland all the time but if I have any meetings I have to, because you can’t be trusted! In my 5 years riding this route I’ve had over 2 dozen skipped trips on 105 between 8-10 AM and 5-7 PM. Today, the bus showed it was coming until 3 minutes before it was due; it did not register as a dropped trip anywhere, not the app or your website. I called customer service and even they didn’t know about it. Magical disappearing buses don’t work for my needs at all. Please fix it.

The busses are rarely on time, they frequently do not show up at all, and when you call customer service they take a report and never call you back and nothing changes. When you call to ask when the next bus is coming they do not answer your call or send you to an automated answering machine. They could at least update on their literal app when busses are cancelled or late, but they do not. This is the worst bus system I have ever used

At 2:36pm today the line #80 bus failed to give the bike lane and me the mandatory 3 foot clearance. Bus ID #4008. This happened on SE 136th Ave heading north just before SE 7th St. There were no cars in the LH lane heading same direction. Why Operator was approx 50 years old with a gray beard. Drive defensively. Ride cautiously.

Same as TriMet, they let bums on their busses and transit for free and you'll frequently have to deal with cigarette smoke in your face at the bus stops and people high on drugs begging or trying to get in your business and/or harassing you.

C-Tran is the worst transit system that I have ever used. The busses are constantly late, 20 minutes or more. Often, they never even show up. The bus drivers are rude and do not care if you are late to very important appointments. It takes two hours to get somewhere that it takes 15 minutes in a car.

They don’t care about anyone don’t waste your time calling them or looking for anything you might of lost. Just keep your fingers crossed that you will never have any problem with C-Tran or lose anything on the buses. They never reach out back when you leave a voice message

I'll give customer service and lost n found a good review. I've misplaced keys on the bus and they were helpful. I wouldn't give most of the drivers four stars...I don't think they try n put customer service first. Not all but most

Very friendly, Kind and Understanding. I've used CTRAN/VINE for 4 years and every driver has been kind and goes out of their way to help others. I've had instances where Im a little late and they wait 10-15 seconds for me to run and always make sure I'm okay and safe as a Young Woman who uses Public transportation late at night. Specifically Route 36
