Specially went there to buy the taro tarts at 2 pcs for $5, 1 tart is $2.80. The filling was too sweet and the walnuts didn't go well with the tart. The crust was buttery but didn't go well with the filling too. Disappointed.

Had high expectations but it was diabetes level 💀 crust biscuits is okay tho

Country sourdough $8
Contains wholemeal and maybe a tad bit of rye flour. Nice chewy sour texture ✨ but the crust wasn't too good

They have awesome sourdough (chewy texture) for $7 and yam bun is not bad too. I really appreciate their affordable and decent quality bakes, as well as good variety.

Excellent pain au chocolat - layered crispy puff pastry (not the bready rolls with chocolate inside that some outlets sell), perfect when heated up. Always get a couple of packets of English muffins and a sourdough loaf too, both perfect toasted with lashings of butter. Always friendly service.

Living in Mayfair, I always get my usual banana cake from C’rius Bake. It was usually fluffy and full of ripe banana.

However recently the standards has dropped, the cake is too moist and dense, perhaps from the overused of butter. Hopefully the management will read this review.

Craving for early morning bread. Crius was the only one open, so popped round. Reviews mention sourdough, but none in sight (probably too early, fair enough). Remainder of breads were the soft, slightly sweet breads beloved of neighbourhood bakeries, which are not my taste. 3.5 stars.

I tried the yam tarts, blueberry cheese tarts and the custard cream puffs and really enjoyed all three items! I especially enjoyed the cookie crust on the tarts were very buttery.
