Visiting Harmoni Complete Care was one of my best decisions. Dr. Troy Gibbons is phenomenal! He is definitely an professional and expert. There are a couple reviews mentioning that procedures were too quick. I believe that because Dr. Gibbons really knows what he is doing (this is a plus, who wants to take double or triple the time at the dentist). The medical assistant Cierra is also knowledgeable and friendly. This is a 5 star practice hands down and anyone saying anything otherwise probably just isn't happy with life in general, lol.

I scheduled a regular cleaning. When I arrived at the clinic, doctor’s assistant said that doctor already left (cause he had some emergency). Obviously, no one bothered to inform clients who had appointments. Spent 40 minutes driving in the middle of the day. Dr. Gibbons looks like a nice guy, but such client experience is unacceptable.

This was supposed to be my second visit. I Did not like that place after my first visit, however decided to give it another chance. Well, trust your guts. Will find another dentist.

The office is what everyone should expect to experience from their dentists' office. From it's reception/ waiting area and throughout it is beautiful, calm, clean and very modern. The front desk assistants are amazing in their multi-task duties. Their promptness and attention to your dental care will leave you knowing that things could not have been any better.
Dr.Gibbons is absolutely the best! His gentleness and knowledge in his oral care practice comes highly recommended. Dr. Gibbons truly knows how to take good care of his patients.

I would not recommend going here for a routine cleaning. I went here two times before deciding to leave. The first time my cleaning took 5 minutes and went really fast. My teeth did not feel clean at all. I thought it was just a fluke.
The second time I went, I waited for 40 minutes only to have another very fast cleaning. The doctor performed my cleaning and at the end my face was completely wet and I had water running down my chin onto my shirt. He took no time and did the job very sloppily.

My husband had a very similar experience where it seemed like no time or care was taken in his cleanings.

It was at least a nice and clean facility and conveniently located.

So glad to have found Dr. Gibbons has relocated to Midtown! I sincerely appreciate their emergency appointment for a molar that was extremely painful; and on Thanksgiving week at that. Same great attitudes throughout the office, just like I remember from when I was a regular patient over 10 years ago (I moved but i'm back). Looking forward to future checkups at this beautiful and convenient new location. Thanks again!

Dr. Givens has gifted hands and a level of expertise and solutions orientation that is unrivaled. I have had the same issue with 4 of my teeth for several years. It has been a frustrating journey to arrive at Harmoni.

I've seen over 4 dentists who failed to remedy my teeth issues. There had been previous failures in diagnoses and inappropriate implementation of inadequate intervention strategies. Previous to the day of my appointment to see Dr. Givens for the first time (in order to get a 2nd opinion), I was still in great disappointment and due to see my regular dentist the following day. As I proceeded to complain and share my "dental challenges" with Dr. Givens that had transpired over a period of years, he could sense my frustration. I told him he came highly recommended by my husband and that I decided to finally seek his opinion with regard to a treatment plan.

After some investigation and discussion, he recommended 4 crowns to address my issues and to ensure that I would no longer be in pain. He also stated that rather than deal with the frustration of me second guessing exactly which teeth were the source of pain (since all of them 'seemed' to be giving me issues), we would address all 4 teeth. He then proceeded to get me in the same day after my request and due to my commute of 2.5 hours to see him.

Needless to say, I have said goodbye to not only the pain, but also to mediocrity in dentistry. I will be seeing Dr. Givens from this point on. His dental associates and staff are courteous, friendly and inviting, while also exceeding my expectations from start to finish. "Shout out" to Joe for the lauging gas and desire to support me through lots of drilling. I look forward to future visits and the resolution of other dental concerns.

Location and Parking: Right on Peachtree Street with ample paid street parking or a paid lot right next door to the building.

Interior: Beautiful, minimalistic decor with large windows for natural light and nice ambiance.

Experience: Let me start by saying, I am terrified of the Dentist but I had a toothache that had gotten worse during the week to the point where I could not eat or drink anything without pain. Still relatively new to the Atlanta area + a college student, I had not found a new Dentist so I was desperately searching, late on a Thursday night, for a dentist that could see me the following Friday or possibly even Saturday. I found Dr. Gibbons through my insurance portal and saw that he was open on Saturdays by appointment.

I was able to get in that Friday @ 12:30 for an emergency appointment. I had just been seen by another dentist the day before but was not given anything for pain management and I just knew I would not make it through the weekend like this. Sure enough, Dr. Gibbons and his team did all the same exams and X-rays but he also prescribed me an antibiotic so I can eat. Within a couple of hours of taking it, I was back to eating and drinking regularly and haven't had too many issues since. Very appreciative of him for actually listening and responding accordingly.
