I've been a loyal customer at Civano Eyecare for several years, but unfortunately, the quality of their service has drastically declined over the past year. They’ve shifted from offering clear and straightforward pricing to unexpectedly adding extra charges without prior explanation. Recently, my husband called to cancel all of our upcoming appointments due to this, but they only canceled some and then charged us a $77.14 no-show fee for an appointment that was supposed to be canceled.

When I reached out to resolve the issue, the staff was incredibly rude and condescending. After some back and forth, they agreed to waive the fee, but the very next day, they called back, reneging on their promise and insisting we still owed the $77.14. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect has been disappointing.

Due to this experience, we will no longer be using Civano Eyecare and will be sharing our experience with others. There are plenty of other excellent eye care providers who are honest, transparent, and prioritize their patients over unnecessary fees.

Great experience today getting my full service eye exam. We got to see how well my eyes are and the doctor mentioned what I can do to try and improve my eyes. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! Would recommend!

Near the end of a long road trip my nose piece broke on my glasses. Oscar fixed me up and tightened all the other screws as well! These weren't even Eyemart glasses and there was no charge..I'll definitely get my next glasses from Eyemart..thank you Oscar!

Dr. Finnell and her staff are absolutely wonderful. The office gives very thorough eye examinations and expertise in finding glasses. They are all very informed, patient, and address any concerns. If you have an eye emergency, the office is very quick to get back to you and get you in to be seen. Our whole family was able to be seen and we never felt rushed. I highly recommend Civano Eyecare!

By far the best eye doctor I have ever had. She truly cares and it shows. She went above and beyond she gave me advice to prevent my eyes getting worse so I can possibly reverse having cataracts. She wants to know you as a person and deeply cares about your overall health not only eyes. She feels more like family to me this my new eye doctor!

I went here for years but recently the customer service has been lacking. Hidden fees and prices even with insurance are high. Really disappointed with this business now.

I have been wearing contacts and glasses for 20 years and have been to a lot of different eye doctors , but Civano eye Care, is one of the worst places if not the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. At first the doctor got my prescription wrong, Did not complete my order, overcharged, and the most frustrating part is the attitude and unprofessionalism I experienced. I would highly recommend not to choose this place.

This is, by far the greatest experience I've had with an eye doctor. I didn't think that it would be such a stark difference from my previous experiences with larger providers; but, it truly has been.

I've never been so enlightened and cared for in this context, and my wife has never seen so clearly. For real: my wife has been told, multiple times, that she'd never see 20/20. She does now, thanks to Civano Eye care.
