I started to regret that i choose to do my NVQ through C&C. I've started the trainig back on April last year. I had all the documentation pack and everything ready to be submitted in around 6 months from starting date. After I submitted everything, it took another 6 month to my assessor to review and sent all the evidence further. The assessor was very slow and most of the times not responsive at all. I received an email around 3 months ago that everything was successfully completed and I will receive my diploma within 2 weeks from that date. 2 weeks they said. It's been 3 months already, and after 3 months of waiting I still have't received it and i don't even know anything about it. I keep on emailing them and all I get back is ''we'll look into it and will let you know''. I passed my CITB test long time ago, however still not able to apply for my CSCS card without that certificate which is completely affecting my work and budget. I don't know what experience others had with C&C, but my experience with them is very negative now and i'm very disappointed.
