I cannot praise this facility enough. They are super private and extremely cautious as to who they let in. I love the privacy. I felt so safe and the staff here were just extremely nice and knowledgeable. Courtney was SUPER AMAZING!!!. She answered all my questions and was so thorough. And they also take insurance, which I love because most facilities of this nature do not. I was just really impressed with my entire experience and I want to thank EVERY SINGLE member of the staff there!!! You ladies are truly a blessing

Just left from this facility and my friend was told about the grace period at her arrival as she was late. I understand the importance of on time arrival however the front desk clerk was nice in a condescending way as she proceeded to tell her to reschedule instead of putting effort to see if she could still be seen and insisted to reschedule as if jobs and commutes aren’t a thing to figure out. In moments like this, a patient would like to be handled with empathy and care as that would be appreciated in unforeseen circumstances!

I wanna know why it’s cost $250 and not less for me to hear, oh No we can’t do it. The place is beautiful, nurse was great but Cmon !!! $250 for just an Ultrasound? Just to tell me, we can’t do it in the State of GA. Ight that’s fine. But when I called and I told the lady my first day of last period, she said Ok, you gonna be 6 weeks. Then I go there, they said oh you 7 weeks. Ntn is wrong but $250 for that ? Cmon ! That was the fastest apt and $250 gone in minutes. If only I knew more important, I would’ve stay home, go to work and not lose $250 . It’s all good. I wish I knew the cost upfront for everything but it’s a lesson learned. Hope this will help someone.
