We hired C & G services to be our licensed electrician for our home remodel. They rewired the entire house, installed a new electrical panel, service meter, fixtures, track lights, and replaced all of the electrical outlets and switches. They were very professional, honest, and very responsive. Even with the 4 month project delays and change orders (due to my terrible general contractor), Carl and his team remained dedicated to our project. I would highly recommend them for any licensed electrical and HVAC services.

I hired C&G (Carl) to install under cabinet lights. Carl said he would drop by to get an idea if the job. He never did. Instead he showed up with his team, and old guy and his grandson. To make a long story short, they did a sh!t poor job which took almost 7 hours. The installer was incompetent or at least lacked any attention to detail or quality craftsmanship. He didn't seem to care at all. I'm fact, he mis-drilled a hole in a cabinet which exited into the garage. He tried to hide it, but I noticed.

They drilled holes in my brand new cabinets in a way that was in the open and very visible. Didn't even try to do it behind the inner lip of the cabinet. They didn't wood putty the holes and left them bare.

They totally f'd up the sheet rock, which a better craftsman would never have done, and when I pointed this out, the old man said he would fix. But while observing him try to fix his utter lack of skill failure, I told Carl the work was trash. He contacted someone he knew to come and fix at no cost, which I agreed to. But after considering how much of a sh!t job they did, I couldn't bring myself to trust Carl's contacts. Instead I engaged another service to fix what they completely failed to accomplish.

I could go on and on and post more pictures and make more complaints, but I think this advice is to show that they did a horrible, horrible job. I contacted Carl requesting a refund and never heard back from him.

Do not hire Carl from. C&G Services from DeSoto, Tx, or do so at your own risk.

Part of this is my fault. I should have stopped them very early after I began to see they are low quality workers, but as I had never hired a service to do work for me, I was very naive. I never should have paid them. I had to hire a more expert service to fix their very horrible job
