I would leave no stars but can’t. Beware of this company. They will say that you haven’t discussed final pricing when you have discussed the pricing via phone call and they refuse to take the deposit for a months saying they need to get caught up on scheduled jobs. Then when you call back when they say to call back to get on calendar they try to say that you waited and now the price is double or triple. Do not use this company

Tried to give this company multiple jobs. Price changes every time you call them . They pushed our survey out for 2 months because they were booked and now they claim we didn’t discuss price when we did just 2 months ago. Now they want to charge double what they said.

Cathy did an excellent job explaining the process and Jo walked us through it once again when he arrived to mark it all out.

My property was surveyed and marked within 2 days of me accepting their quote! I asked for a quote and they emailed the same day. Sent an invoice once I accepted. The responsiveness alone speaks volumes of them and their great service. All sides of my property were clearly marked with both metal survey stakes, and wooden stakes w/ pink tape. Even the spots back in the brush were clearly marked with neon and secured to the ground.

This survey was my first step before I could build a fence. Thanks to CC Land Surveyors, I can be on my way with my project. Other land surveyors in this area took my phone calls, spoke to me, and never called me back. I even tried to hire someone who took a month and a half to respond to an email. I know land surveyors do larger projects than just homes, but man it was tough to find anyone. Save yourself the hassle and hire CC Land Surveyors. Quick, professional, easy.

We hired CC Land Surveyors to come out and find our pins and re-stake our property lines, and couldn't be more pleased with our experience. They were very responsive in getting us information and a quote to perform the services we needed, and then were able to get us on their schedule quickly. Highly recommend C C Land Surveyors. We searched around all over locally and called many companies before deciding to go with C C Land Surveyors. They were the most affordable and were able to come out the fastest. They staked all 4 corners and added pins, in between the 4 corners and even the front yard. Cathy was extremely nice when I first called and explained the entire process to me. I will be recommending this company to everyone. If you want an affordable and excellent survey done, I highly recommend these guys!

Even though I set up an appointment for a certain date they came ahead of time without calling me and verifying with the customer is it ok to come ahead of time I still gave a 4 star because they actually use county records and not some random records like my neighbors company did. I guess you get what you pay for. Would have been 5 star if they would have communicated with me beforehand.

I have worked with and for land surveying companies in the past and my experience with C C Land Surveyors was one of the best. We needed a quick turnaround on our property line staking and they were able to accommodate us to the fullest extent. the technicians were professional and more than willing to answer any questions I had.
