Dr Budhiraja is exceptional in his work. Extremely understanding and caring. I have been visiting him for the last ten years and never once have I had a bad experience. He is always willing to fit us in an appointment during emergencies. I am grateful for having such an experienced and kind doctor.

I would give zero stars to this clinic. The receptionist there is so rude and was trying to make extra money from my mom as she is a visitor. Very very disappointed from their service. Very sad that your own community people trying to make you fool. I would definitely report this clinic to college of physicians

Unprofessional and rude receptionist. They even don't know how to do customer service.I saw there was 3 women working at the front, but nobody is paying attention towards the patients. When i came here for the first time, they keep waiting for 1 hour.
However, the doctors are good and friendly.I am giving 1 star just for the doctors. For the staff, i can't give even the rating as -5 star.
I will not recommend this clinic to anybody.

Highly rude and unprofessional receptionist who books the appointment. She is full of herself and adamant nature, not admitting her flaws.
Effective communication is a key and so is interpersonal skills, both lacks majorly.

Kindly upgrade the rules and policy and discipline of your clinic, doctors hardly give 5 mins of attention to patient, are unavailable after appointments, no seriousness taken on the patients health and lab reports. Pathetic! Stop committing sins and better improvise the service.

Worst front desk, no management. After reaching doctor's office on my scheduled appointment, I have been asked to wait for 2 hours. This happened to me multiple times. After complaining about it to doctor budhiraja multiple times in the past, no action taken. Instead of fixing things, he advised me to look for some other doctor who take only family patients.

My mom was told to come at 9 for her appointment and when We arrived to the clinic exact 9:00am the front desk lady tells us that we have to wait 1 hour because the doctor is going to be late like seriously this could’ve been emailed or we could’ve been informed instead of coming in and waiting that our appointment going to be delay by 1 hour. These people have zero empathy and communication skills. They front desk ladies especially doesn’t know how to talk and speak to patients. It’s getting worse every time I bring my mom here very disappointing. Also when I asked the front desk lady nicely at first that if she can confirm with the doctor that it’s going to be late, she kept on saying no with nasty attitude.
