Best fish I ever had & the fried chicken is Just as good everything seasoned well pickles peppers and bread come with my friend got the pork chop I tried and it was good as well I can't wait to go back. My fav new spot prices are good

My boyfriend has been talking about their chicken salads for a while. Finally, we were in the area. The chicken salad is HUGE and good. It came with chopped fried chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, crackers, and dressing. They have affordable, daily specials. Wait time was less than 15 mins. The convenient store had some really good snacks. Staff is friendly. All orders are take out.

I came for the special chicken salad but they were out. Got wings instead. They are so busy and delicious. The staff was friendly and the prices are good for what you get. It's always crowded and Parking is limited. The earlier the better.
On my next visit, still crowded. I did get the salad, which was good, except for the bone and grisel chopped up with the breast meat. And my lettuce was brown. We left this time with half our order because of the lack of organization and communication.

Ordered the large chicken salad with 2 boil eggs. Worth it. Was about 14 bucks total. Came with 2 pieces of chicken to try I guess. Place is in a bad area but worth trying again.

Finally, after telling myself for months I would stop by and get the chicken salad. I made it my mission to do so today, I'm glad I did. I was Pleasantly surprised. Their peak time is 6 p.m. and of course I got there a little before 7, it took us a minute to find a parking spot (mind you this is a convenient store and not a restaurant), try not to go after 6 but if you must their open till 8. Once inside, the line moved quickly. Courteous staff, loyal patrons (knew that by the interaction) and the food was reasonable and GOOD make sure YOU get your bone when asked if your ordering the chicken salad. I was stuffed, fresh veggies, seasoned meat, and extra chicken on the bone made it a whole meal. Get you some wine, and unwind with good music and friends. I'm definitely going back to try other food samples, they serve breakfast too which is a plus. So they can cater to all your food desires. I can't believe it's been a year since my last vist (been twice before both times they were closed), the quality and quantity of food is still the same so is the cramped enclosure and terrible parking. Score remains the same, you want good, hot food at a reasonable price and don't mind waiting GO, you won't regret it. I opted for the smaller salad (it was the daily special) and it was just as good as the larger salad AND I wanted the bone, I also tried the hot link sandwich hard cooked (burnt) I didn't care for it, not sure what type of links they use (had those links before other places I just don't like that kind). Overall I still LIKE eating here.

Don’t let the area or rough exterior scare you off, there’s a reason there’s always a line. The chicken salad is superior! Everything’s cheap, the catfish is good too, but nothings compared to the salad. The portion is crazy!
