Many thanks to all the wonderful people - the staff of the clinic, who help everyone who needs it! So kind and responsive, they really want to help everyone.

The clinic is new, clean, the equipment is new, the employees are highly professional!

I haven’t had so many positive emotions after the clinic for a long time)

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful when you are present. But when you call, it can be hours or even days to talk to someone. I have been calling for hours each time on any given day of the week for the need to confirm something and it is a very frustrating experience. "Can you hold a minute, please?", and no one ever picks up afterwards. I have left messages and no one replies. I have emailed, also not much luck, only got reply once.

I think the gap between phone and in person experience needs to be fixed. A clinic that is never available over the phone for medical industry is kind of scary for patients.

My 2 cents.

Full disclosure: I have not had a chance to be seen by this office. I am on hold now for over 17 minutes and counting waiting to schedule my 1st appointment. This is my 3rd attempt to schedule something. Each time I am put on endless hold. My niece has been here and she says the doctors are good. If only I could get that far.

Ever since I moved to this clinic compared to my previous one, not only helped me have a refferal to see the specialist but went beyond that. I had a problem with the authorization process being approved and they were patient with me all the way despite the fact I had to keep calling them multiple times of my refferal to go through. I never have had this kind great service in my previous that I grew up in. My previous clinic and the doctors there never cared for my health. This is just my experience and hopefully anyone would experience the same way of their services here.
