Do not take your Xantrex inverter here. They took my unit and after 2 weeks of waiting , the inverter guy would not return my calls or emails. Customer service person who answers the phone is no help. No one could tell me when anyone could look at me inverter. I had to gonget it and take it somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration and take your Xantrex elsewhere

Do not use these people to repair your Xantrex Inverter. Was told it would take 2 weeks. After 3 Weeks I called to check up on the repair and was told they didn't have time to look at it and I could pick up my unit and take it elsewhere, then the lady proceeded to hang up on me. Called right back and told her we must have been disconnected was told again that I could come and pick up my unit and she would provide phone numbers on where else to take the inverter. Cindy needs to find a job outside of Customer Service.
